Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround. I'm appreciative of, and pleased with, both helpful and professional interactions with In Bloom's employees.
