“I first started coming here in 2012 when I need an affordable workout to help me recover from an injury. It was great then by now it’s 2023 and the studio has only gotten better. The owners care so much about details and it shows. I love how clean everything is, how well organized, the order and thought that goes into everything. Classes never expire. I didn’t know anything on my first day and Johan spent majority of the class 1 on 1 helping me learn the proper movements and form. I cancelled my other gym membership shortly after that and don’t miss a day at CrossFit unless I HAVE to! I love the small family atmosphere. “Fun place! Took a group of 6 kids ranging from 9-15. All of them had fun at the open gym. There were kids as little as 5 enjoying it, too. Some things were impossible for the kids I brought, but they still had fun trying them out. They let us bring our own water bottles in. We bought little packets of Dippin' Dots as a snack at one point. Great comfy seats for parents to watch. I called in advance to make sure all 6 kids (from different families) had the waivers signed. I highly recommend that, even if you think you're all set. We will definitely be back!”

I have two kids taking classes, ages 7 and 5, and they are learn so much more than just a martial art. They are learning focus, public speaking, leadership, and respect. Truly a phenomenal school. “My wife and I have been going to NFX for 4 months now. This is our first CrossFit experience ever so we were not sure what to expect. Ryan made it really easy by giving a demo class and then explaining how it all works. He eased us in with a couple of ramp up weeks which made it easy for us to decide without having an initial long term commitment. The experience has been great so far and all the coaches are great. Only complaint is they only have 5 treadmills one has been out since I started coming here and recently two of them have been out of order for about two weeks . Leaving only 2 treadmills which really sucks . Hope they fix this issue soon.”

My husband and I get to work out together and love the design of this gym. I know people think that everyone says, every gym is for everyone, but this truly is! There are always 2 trainers present on the floor, making sure form is correct. If you need any type of modifications (up or down) they're there to help. You seriously need to try this place out.
