Even when it's busy, it's not packed or overly crowded to where all the equipment is taken up. Best of all, no Gym Bros! Enough machines available to hit every muscle group, 2 Squat Racks, 1 Smith machine and good selection of dumbbells. The trainer Nathan is great, very knowledgeable in nutrition, corrective exercises and techniques for lifting properly. My only wish is for them to add some fixed barbell's for additional use.”
