We brought our 1 yr old lab in for his yearly vaccines and everyone was super nice and very caring towards us and the animals. Journey is a very happy-go-lucky excitable boy, but the vet and assistants knew exactly how to handle him in such a way that he remained calm and happy during his visit, even during shots and having his blood drawn. Everyone asked for permission before doing anything with our dog. Everyone took their time to make sure Journey was okay with everything they were doing. When Beth was taking Journey's temp and he got uncomfortable, Beth didn't force or hold him down at all and just let it go. We will be working with that for next visit, but Beth handled it very well! Dr. Mcendree was also amazing! He explained everything perfectly, asked before doing anything with Journey, and also made sure Journey was comfortable with everything. His number 1 priority is definitely caring fully for your pet's mental and physical well-being. The office also has a grief candle for if a loved one passes. As someone who has been on the other end of that candle several times at other clinics (I have owned and loved many animals), it truly makes a difference for the owner going through a tough time. 10000000/10, an amazing place for your fur babies.”

“Best vet, vet tech and staff. I don’t say this lightly. We just started going to this vet and our dog broke her leg. They were able to answer all my questions (and there were several) and nursed our pup back to full strength. Not only that but they do not overcharge or offer things the animals do not need. When the vet tech got on the ground with our dog and held her that’s when we knew she was one of us. Best crew. Highly recommend. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing staff, services and care. It was our first time visiting Texoma Vet Hospital for a check-up and establishing new patient records with them. Dr. Lawrence and the staff were just great. We got into a room and he came into the room to greet us quickly. We did not sit for a long time waiting in the lobby or in the room. I explained the situation, they ran a needed test, and Dr. Lawrence came back in with results. He started with a plan, explained the whole plan in detail and why we were going this route, I paid a VERY reasonable amount for the bill, and sent us on our way with medicine. We were probably there maybe 30 minutes at the most. Compared to past experiences, this was by far the best we have had in a long time! I have already recommended to family and friends and one family member who lives 50+ miles away is scheduling an appt for their dogs.”

“I’ve taken all my past pets here, since 2011, and the mobile clinic for spay and neuters. They all healed perfectly. I’ve also taken them to get their shots and preventive here, always great prices. Recently my dog needed to be spayed since she had an infection in her uterus and i waited in line at the free clinic for 5 hours but didn’t make it in since they reached max big dog capacity. I was devastated and called the resource center and discussed what I could do. The woman was so kind and went above and beyond to help. I got a call back an hour later saying she was accepted as an emergency case at the Norwood location and take her asap. I took her and they were very prompt and completed her surgery within and hour and a half. I am very beyond grateful they got her in. Cannot thank enough. Stella says thank you too!”

“Wow I can’t describe how grateful for the service provided in this Animal hospital. My dog was in a very critical condition. She wouldn’t eat and and her stomach was very bloated because she was diagnosed with pyometra and she only had a 1-2 days to live. The picture in the left is how she look with the infection. I took her to other animal hospital and they would made me wait so much time to just see my dog and the surgery price was very high . If you want your pet to be treated quick, reasonable price, and friendly service then this is the right place for your pet. My family and I are very grateful because now we can peacefully be at home with our dog.”

“I've always had good experience here. The office visit dosent cost anything, which is amazing. They don't charge an arm and a leg for any medication your animal needs. The most expensive bill I've ever gotten was 150$ and that was for a couple things for that day. The only down side is you have to have an appointment now. That's fine till you have an emergency. In which case they send you to Mansfield emergency room and that place is $$$$$$! I don't have 1500$ for something everyone else charges 300 for. That was the literal price difference when I went there. Other than that this is a great vet.”

“Dr. Shaffer has been our kitties vet for several years. She is undeniably passionate about her call in treating animals/our babies! Over the years Dr. Shaffer has lovingly taken very serious care of our kitties in times of illness, the passing of one of our babies (kitty), and just regular health care in general. She is so kind and patient while answering any and all questions you may have about your pet's care. Her staff is incredible! No matter how busy they are...they make you feel as if your fur baby/animal's needs are extremely important to them! Over the years, even while on medical leave and struggling financially, there wasn't a time our kitties health needs weren't met by Dr. Shaffer! She offers affordable care that is absolutely PRICELESS!!!
