“I have lived here since the apartments have opened. Tess and Bailey are awesome. They really try hard to accommodate you , If they don’t have the answer to try to find them answers to all of your questions. It gets a little frustrating when some residents don’t take responsibility for their children and allow them to destroy Or leave a mess but overall living here has been A good experience the pool is always kept up the grounds(Again, when it is a littered or messy, it’s because someone wasn’t watching their kids not because the maintenance crew here don’t do their job. With that being said, you’ll have the best maintenance guy Neil. He works so hard even when he’s off if something happens, he is at your door, trying to fix it and make it right. I see him wearing many different hats, but he does a phenomenal job at all of them. Cypress Creek is really blessed to have him on staff. my apologies. The other maintenance guy here is awesome as well. I just mainly have dealt with Neil. The only reason I’m not given a five is because like everything else the rent keeps going up😞. I feel very safe here. I love how close it is to everything. The weight room is really nice, my grandkids love playing on the basketball court, It’s quiet. The apartments are nice size. Did I mention you never have to worry about anything breaking or needing fix? I’ve been in an apartment where I had to wait for someone to come even to look Neil is usually there the same day.!!!!!!!!! The only thing missing is a playground and a dog park🤣”

“Chris has to be one of the nicest gentlemen I've ever ever met. I was heading back to Dallas on a long trip from Houston, and all of a sudden my transmission went out. He was ready and available, and equipped to handle a full diagnostics. Within a couple minutes, I was able to get a full report of everything that was wrong with my vehicle, and he Was able to do a full reset. I would highly recommend anybody in this area or in a bind to call this man immediately. 20/10 Service. THANK YOU CHRIS!!! Literally saved my trip and I got home safely. “My husband and I really enjoyed staying here!!! We invited my nephew to come with us, and he felt like he was in haven!!! We gave him the upstairs bedroom, it had a spacious bathroom and sitting area, he thought it was so cool!!! The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are really spacious!!! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit!!! We also enjoyed our patio, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening!!! Yeah Buddy!!! Dr. Martin couldn't be nicer and had a very approachable personality. He spent time with us, was thorough, didn't rush us, and educated us along the way. It was obvious that he enjoys what he does, does it well, and hasn't been jaded or lost his passion for what he does although he's been practicing for a while. It was very interesting and refreshing to see a doctor take his own notes by hand and not have a scribe enter everything for him electronically. From start to finish, we were very pleased.”
