“My car was towed by this company from the Westerly at Worldgate property in Herndon. I can't really hold anyone responsible for this other than myself. I forgot to place my parking pass on my dashboard. When I found out at 4:30am that my car was gone, I called this company, and they couldn't have been any more professional. When I got to the tow lot, they quickly processed the payment, and I was back in my car within maybe 5 minutes. Sure, I didn't enjoy spending $180 for the tow but again I have no one to blame but myself for it. I have seen some pretty negative reviews for JDR on here and that just wasn't my experience. I guess like everything, your mileage may vary.”

“Thank you, Car Doctor, for giving me great advice and save me money! I got new tires installed with balancing. I also got wheel alignments, but my car would start to shake/vibrate around 65MPH and become very noticeable 70-80MPH. Braking didn't affect the shakes. I told the Car Doctor this through their website form and made an appointment. Someone reached out to me to confirm the symptoms. They advised me to get my wheels balanced again, by a different shop. They were very confident that it would save me money and all of us time. Well, I went and got the wheels balanced. MY CAR DOES NOT SHAKE ANYMORE!!! WOOOHOOO!! “They guys did a terrific job. Set an an appointment over the phone a few days prior and on the day I arrived they finished all my windows in about 45 mins. David did a terrific job explaining the different types of window films and gave me counsel on what percentage to get on my vehicle. I ended up going with 20 on the side, 5 rear and visor. Once complete he informed me if I seen any bubbles to come back they would fix them. After a couple of weeks I did see bubbles so I went back and they fixed it free of charge. I have a couple other projects I want to do on my car in regards to paint film protection so I’ll definitely be back! Great work guys!”

“From all the gushing reviews I came in with high expectations and they somehow still a managed to exceed them! Fuad gave a reasonable quote ($800) that was better than the others we collected from nearby auto body shops. The car looks brand new! I'm amazed with the quality of work and the speed. We got the car back within 24 hours and it looks perfect. The scratches (not pictured) and bump are completely repaired and my car has never looked better! They even waxed the car and cleaned the interior. They did such a great job and have a wonderful, friendly staff. I haven't seen any shop in the area match their all around quality. “The most reliable and honest shop to repair tires. I was told by the dealer that my tire rim needs repair. I went to few different auto shops to repair however none worked. My tire pressure kept falling and I was told I need to replace the rim. So I decided to replace it and went Alloy Wheel Solutions. They initially was going to charge the replacement cost but charged fractional amounts explaining that it was rusted around tire valve area. Costco technician even replaced and changed $80 saying that my tire sensor was bad. My tire pressure headache finally resolved. Great tire repair shop!!!”
