“Had a great family camp vacation experience! We swam all day in the pools and our kids enjoyed the water slides the most. It felt very nostalgic with an arcade, fishing docs and cabin on the lake. Our kids had a blast at the park. I mostly enjoyed the convenience of the campground layout, everything walkable distance. The only two things slightly disappointing were that some of the amenities were weekend only and no more snack shack. Otherwise, everyone was kind and accommodating. We even got our family photos taken water front just down from our cabin.”

“We spent the weekend here with friends and family and had a super time. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were well appointed and spotless and made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast each morning was lovely and you did not come away hungry. The property is full of history and is a beautiful place to stay and take in the sunsets and relax. we will definitely be back again.”

“This is a quiet little state park I just realized existed. I came here for a special geocaching challenge that the Rangers set up. Not a lot of people here, so it was very peaceful and quiet – as relaxing as I was hoping it would be. There's also a small campground, and quite a few people in there today. I could not find a trail map, and the one on my phone wouldn't load a great deal of the time, but I quickly found out the trails are very easy to navigate. I took a side trail out of curiosity, and ended up standing in the parking lot where my car was. For the most part, it is accessible to all. There is what appears to be a hiking, or just walking, trail along the road, the whole way. I didn't see many people hiking, but the cyclists use the road.”

“I live here and really love the quiet area. Occasionally there is something going on with a neighbor but it's really not a big problem. The kids are polite and are respectful to their neighbors and the parents keep up with the kids. Great Neighborhood ! 😊”

“Not one of the best state parks in the state, but certainly not the worst. The modern feel of the park is a very interesting and well executed take on the style of parks we know and love. The inclusion of both English and Native American history on the land is highly appreciated and a nice touch. The Timberneck House could use a little love and the trails are a bit lacking, but all in all a solid 9/10 park.”

“Awesome storage facility. I feel confident my stuff is safe and they were able to accommodate me with a climate controlled unit for my stuff that I needed to store following a move. I came into the office a bit panicked and Tracy & Becky were great. They were so kind to me and very professional. The facility itself is super clean, actually climate controlled, and you can do everything online to pay your bill, etc. Recommended!”

“Installations are very clean and well stocked, the slurpee machine is constantly rotating flavors so chances are you will find something new, give it a try you might like a new flavor. My only complain is that Google and Apple pay are not functioning, this has been an issue for more than a month now and management is ignoring it. Masks are not mandatory so it is really up to you.”
