“I have a property in EastEnd that I monitor remotely. This morning a observed a NN Police pickup truck pull directly in front of my property. So i calked the East End precinct to ask was there an issue there. The gentleman kindly informed me there was no issue and it was probably him there checking on a possible abandoned pvehicle. He said he would probably go by my property to check to make sure everything was ok. Kudos to communitu policing. I was pleased and impressed as I was not sure what respons I would get calling about my concern.”

“I was behind fire truck 9 at intersection of old courthouse and Warwick. The was a physically challenged gentleman trying to get across Warwick. The conscientious and kind fire personnel briefly blocked the intersection , one jumped out of the truck and assisted the gentleman safely across the street.
