“When my husband and I move back to Virginia from Indiana we will try to re-rent from Mulder Realty if there are openings. Very pleased! My husband and I discovered mold all throughout the kitchen of the home we were paying $1450 a month for, caused by a mistake in manufacturing of the home. When we brought it up to Jeff, he sent his maintenance men over to just paint over the mold with "kilz". I told them that would not suffice and then I demanded a professional mold remediation company come in for an inspection or I would seek legal action to break our lease. Jeff immediately contacted just the right person for the job. I cannot say whether it was the actual home-owner or Mulder who fit the bill, but I can say that they coordinated a professional crew to come in and do almost a total kitchen renovation for us. I was overall very pleased with my experience with Mulder realty. At first I too, along with many other people, thought the front desk woman was rude until I invited her into my home to look at the mold. They saw how well we were keeping up the place and she just adored how I decorated the house. I then came to realize she probably deals with a lot of headaches from people working in rental homes, and that job requires her to just be a little extra spicy sometimes. (Let's face it, we all are guilty of being a little extra spicy at times) Jeff and the woman are very respectful individuals who deserve the same respect. They are very friendly too, whenever we would see Jeff in town driving his jeep he would always wave to us. I come from a VERY small town in Indiana so having someone finally wave at me while at a stoplight made my day a couple times and made the city feel a little more like home. After I finish school college and we move back to Virginia we will definitely be keeping and eye out to see if our home on Galahad is available to rent again from Mulder Realty. Jeff, if you are reading this I hope you both are staying safe and healthy!”

“Called for a price to dismount and mount two compact tractor tires. Got the price over the phone in seconds. Went by with the intention of dropping off and picking up later. “Tucked away in an industrial park is the charming Evergreen Workshop, specializing in bowed string instruments (and a guitar or two). Having worked in a violin shop for 12+ years, I was very curious to see who Evergreen was and what they had to offer. With a staff of three, they cover quite a lot! But....they still took the time to chat with me about the shop, which I really appreciated!! Some things are fine to use an online presence for purchasing, other things still need the human interaction. Evergreen has both, so 2 thumbs up!”

“Mr. Pigatts helped me on my Cadillac 2006 when I needed him a few months ago. I called so many mechanics and their numbers were off the chain. I felt like I had to go rob the bank or something. For my tune up, Big Al's wanted 1200 for it... that's crazy. Mr. Pigatts did it in about 2 hours and for A LOT LESS than that and was gracious enough to tell me about other things I can do to keep the car in check in the future.
