“Stopped here recently, what a wonderful place! Nestled just about in the shadow of the Shenandoahs, we stopped in here for a quick bite. The barbecue was tasty, and the beet salad was great! The folks there were quite friendly and pleasant! One of the ladies of Swedish descent didn't even give me grief for being Norwegian! :-) All in all, a nice find and we will return to try out more delights on the menu! Oh my goodness, don't forget to try the homemade lemon bar! AWESOME!”

“This is certainly one of the best dining experiences you'll have in the D.C. region. My wife and I have been 3 times and have loved each meal. All 3 have been completely different, but equally amazing, especially considering the perfectly curated wine pairings. The owners are extremely pleasant and personable. They make ample time to converse with all patrons and personally serve most of the dishes. If you can get a reservation, you should definitely go.”

“I am pleased to say, that out of five different pizzas we tasted. It was a rear experience to have all 5 taste good. Most pizza places have one successful pizza. Tonight all 5 of them were really good. You can taste the fresh ingredients, which makes a huge difference in taste. The "hog and hive," was indeed my favorite. Love the spice of the crushed red pepper. Great job!!”

“Absolutely amazing. Had their clam chowder which was easily the best I have ever had. Wife had the Headmaster burger and we shared the wings. Both of the items were incredible. The service was spot on for being somewhat crowded as well Just got back and want to go back again tomorrow!”
