When my truck did fail inspection it was because I needed tie rods as they were loose and not to be trusted. had that verified by another mechanic as I was not ready to spend that kind of money. He verified that Napa was CORRECT and I was very lucky that they pointed it out to me and not to drive until replaced. I trust all the staff and will continue to give them my business.”

“I had a fantastic experience here. I got new tires for cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Mount and balance was much cheaper as well. The owner gave me a really good price on a dusty leftover box of weather tech floor mats that fit my truck, and is sending me a tank top in my size for free. When I left, my tires were rubbing due to being oversized and he offered to install bumper spacers the next day for free. This place is awesome and is the way I wish most businesses took care of customers. I live 45 minutes away but will make the drive because I know they will treat me right. Great shop. “Awesome customer service! My alternator went out at the gas station next door at 1:30 pm and by 5:00, he had it ready to go. Had to get an alternator from 45 minutes away. He even stayed open a bit late so I could come pick it up. We were camping about 20 minutes away and 2.5 hours from home luckily we ended up here! I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have an 85' Ford bronco, I've been looking for a place to check the condition of the carburetor and general maintenance. It took me the better part of 3 years of trial and error around Hampton Roads, until I found Ted. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of Ford's and specifically the bronco. He took my car that was barely running and now she sings when she drives. Even after I picked my truck up we kept in contact and was giving me suggestions on body work and window repairs. Ted is the MAN! I will be going to him for all my vehicle needs, and you should too!”
