With numerous pancake houses around, Southern Pancake & Waffle House sets an incredibly high bar for its competitors. “From my picky middle kid.."this was the best BBQ food he's ever had". My oldest and I got a full rack of ribs, my wife got the pulled chicken and my kids got the corn dog and chicken tenders... they were all cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the beans and potato salad, and the corn bread was melt in your mouth delicious..I didn't even know corn bread could do that!! The ONLY negative is that they ran out of pulled pork and brisket..I spoke to the staff and their response was that they ran low from fathers day weekend and there was a party there when we were there and they don't want to make too much food and have to reheat it so they focus on quality over quantity and I completely get it. We might go back this week to try out the brisket!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“This black owned business is a must try!!! When I tell you everything I had was delicious that’s just what it was. My lunch date had the Sweet and Sour Brisket Tacos but also had no complaints. I had the Tipsy Classic Breakfast Entree with a Pomegranate Mimosa. For lunch, I got a to go order of their Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta. I’m definitely going back when I get the first chance to. “Food for Thought, Incredible! This thought provoking clean eating restaurant was just outstanding. Food and Service both were exquisite. Our server was friendly, fast, well trained and organized. We had a wonderful experience with jokes and funnies. The entrees, desserts, drinks and appetizers were just delectable. All of the menu choices are hand picked by the owners and managers specifically to ensure a great customer experience. The adult beverages were perfect, great price, right punch etc. The Tea, was great! The tap water was not filtered but I wasn’t at this restaurant for water. I definitely recommend Food for Thought for anyone interested in clean eating with a twist of mental stimuli.”

“Coming from San Antonio, TX, you expect a good Mexican restaurant. This restaurant does a really nice job of meeting those expectations. The chips that were served were really good and authentic, but I think the salsa could use quite a bit more kick. It tasted more like Pace from the grocery store, but that seems to be typical in this area. My meal was very delicious and the atmosphere felt like my typical visits to Mexican restaurants.”

“Soooo good. When you are craving a burger and fries you can't go wrong with Five Guys. The bacon cheeseburger was fantastic, juicey, meaty, cheesey, and perfectly cooked bacon. The fries were salty and just the right amount of crisp. The kids got hot dogs. For kids they are a little pricey but the taste is wonderful. My son who is a very picky eater, especially when it comes to his hot dogs, loved it. He said even the bun was very good too. Our one burger was a little light on a patty. But, the food was phenomenal.”

“Seating: It took a while for us to be attended, and as well as other customers because there was nobody in the front desk. When we were getting seated, the lady offered us whether we wanted to sit inside or outside, we decided outside! The chairs were not metal ones, they were patio chairs so they felt much more comfortable. Food: The food was amazing, delicious and dynamite. It was definitely different from what I’ve tried in the past - ground beef for the Nachos Supreme. It was still good and tasteful. Although the guacamole was a bit pricey, it was lovely that we got to customize it! Great portions of food that we took plates of take out! Great prices in the food. Service: The lady and the rest of the employees were very nice and friendly. They were very helpful in bringing us napkins, to go boxes, additional straws at our request. For the FIRST time, I’ve had someone come to us and prepped the guacamole how we wanted it. That is pretty creative and something lovely I experienced here.”

“My daughter and I stopped by this KFC after her practice on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022. It had just been renovated, and it looks GREAT inside. Very spacious, and looks very cool. Also the AC was pumping which is to be appreciated in the Summer time. The people working here are always very cool and friendly. It's a lively bunch that seem to enjoy each other's company. I got the Chicken Sandwich, combo meal and it was so good. The only problem was their Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning (which I've come to love) was out of order.”

“Updated review - Our waiter was phenomenal. We were sat in the lower level with all the other families with kids, which we didn't mind at all. My son loved the Welsh rarebit, bit the sauce was a bit too runny. I think it needs a longer bit under the broiler at the end to get a nice toasted top. He thought it was grand, but highly suggest the kitchen used toasted bread before adding the sauce per the traditional recipe rather than soft un-toasted bread. That is my recommendation there. Chicken wings were good. Broccoli soup needed something more, it was awfully bland, but I'm guessing it isn't ordered often. Fish and chips, even the kids portion, was amazingly large. We ended up taking most of it home for lunch the next day. The Fried Eggplant sandwich was really good and can recommend. Lamb burger was good, although a bit too salty, but still very tasty. Happy to see some UK beer available, wish there was more. Glad to see the quality of food and service has improved over the last two years.”
