When I arrived they listened to the services performed as we prepared for our trip and the OBD II code that we were able to pull to diagnose the issue. Because I had a personal mechanic it wasn't too bothersome. I would purchase a car here again because other than the minor issues I had no major issues. I no longer have the truck from wrecking it but will def. purchase another vehicle.
