“Looks alright, have an area for swimming and there is lifeguard service which are good. The not good is a few people feeding the ducks and attracting them stay and poop in the swim area (could be un-hygiene).”

“Huge park along the shore of lake Washington. The area encompasses a kids playground with swings, an off-leash dog area, soccer fields, tennis courts, home ground of the Seattle Cricket Club and some trails among other things. A Barkery van sells treats for the pets next to the dog park. There are designated places for grilling as well as some tables in the picnic area. Offers amazing views of Medina and Kirkland across the lake and even Mount Rainier.”

“The houses here are beautiful! The home I visited had a garden that was right out of a magazine! So many flowers I haven't seen before! The views from the backyard, of the Puget Sound, is incredible!!!”

“Can't think about 2 cities that are more different as Beer Sheva and Seattle…One is a hot land locked desert metropolitan and the other is a cold, wet, shoreline city. The park itself is pretty nice, nice views of lake Washington. Not too much parking around and the park is not that big. There is a public restroom, small picnic area and a small playground. It is bigger than Seattle park in Beer Sheve, as it is basically just a dog play area.”

“As a child my grandparents lived on nearby Prince Street. Our family met there every weekend and this was one of the places we visited almost every weekend. It was always a treat.”

“Great open place for the kiddos to play! Also starting Saturday the spray park will be back on as well! Sometimes during the summer they also hand out lunch and snacks here! Bathrooms are pretty clean!”

“I went here with a couple of friends to go crabbing. It was my first time, and I hope it was not my last time. There is a dock for fishing, crabbing, and chilling. There is a small beautiful park nearby with parking lots. A public restroom near the Marination restaurant and a Water taxi stop along the coast. We enjoyed the beautiful sunny weather while waiting for the crabs, which was a great experience. I took the Water taxi nearby for a 15 minutes round-trip to Downtown Seattle and enjoyed some peaceful time while onboard. If you come here for fishing/crabbing, don't forget your licenses. I highly recommend this park and the outdoor activities in this park to anyone. I hope you come home with a big smile on your face Updated: I recently returned on Aug 28th, 2022, on a beautiful Sunday morning. I got many crabs 🦀 more than I expected. What a fantastic and memorable experience!”

“This is a nice little wooded park on top of a high bluff. You can get some nice peekaboo views of Vashon Island and Puget Sound, but the view is mostly pleasantly obscured. Parking is limited and on a tight corner - careful when turning across the street.”

“You'll need to make your way part way down the Loop Trail to get here, and there's good signage to point out which fork to take. The trail has some stairs and steeper sections, but overall it's still easy to moderate. It follows the beach for a short ways before ending at the lighthouse. Note that it gets pretty windy along the water.”

“Small park that makes for a great spot for a picnic or to just watch the air traffic at BFI. This area does have a large hobo population but also a lot of underrated places to order takeout.”

“Pritchard Beach is a family friendly Lake Washington beach with a beautiful view of Mercer Island, and tons of naturally tumbled stones. There are lifeguards during the summer during peak hours, and the kids love the swimming platform. The bath house is only open during peak hours, so plan ahead.”

“Sweet, small but relaxing, Victory Creek Park gives me a few moments to lounge amongst the trees and makes shopping at the adjacent grocery something to look forward to.”

“Great destination to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Beach is small, not clea enough to enjoy in the water. But the park is huge, it’s great to just rest on the sand, grass, cookout, and play beach games. Small trails are also there, and it’s all easy trails. Cons: Car parking is a headache during weekends and when the weather is good. Very less parking lots, many cars parked in the “cars with trailers” zone because of poor parking facilities. There were more lots available but road was closed. Such poor management, they should open those roads and allow public to park their vehicles. #Seattle #Beach”

“Small PNW microsanctuary for native wildlife.”

“Beautiful park, although it is mostly a P-Patch. The gardeners have in my experience always been super friendly and talkative if you ask them about what I they're growing. There's a gazebo in the middle for picnicking. The gazebo has a plug for charging phones, although at the time of writing this (6/10/17), it is covered and locked. There are walking paths around the park so you can view the plants and flowers, which is super pleasant in the late spring and summer. The bathroom facilities have always been clean in my experience, although at least the men's bathroom does not have a closing/locking door for the sit-down toilet, so make sure you shout if you hear someone else approaching! Overall a great park for picnicking and walking around, although probably not one you'd return to frequently if you don't have a plot for gardening there.”
