“Alex did an incredible job, you would not be able to tell that the dent was there at all. I have a Golf R that got large nasty dent along the body line of the car door, in a very visible spot. I got quotes from multiple companies, one wanted almost 2-1/2 times more than what Alex quoted, smaller independent contractors came out and said the job was too hard to do. The only other option was to pay more money and go through a full repaint process at a body shop. Alex came out, honestly admitted that the job was difficult but that he was willing to try it. He spent almost 4 hours meticulously working on the car. The result is incredible. The dent location is completely unnoticeable and I am very particular about my car. “Josh is very communicative, he is fair. He makes sure that you know everything that’s going on while he works on your car and he does a phenomenal job. Carroll's has a 4.8 after 8 yrs and I'm sure hundreds of cars serviced. Make sure to leave your own review. You can't make everyone happy. I came here because of the great reviews. I had work done on my truck, the price was reasonable. I would have paid extra if needed. They were able to diagnose other problems beyond the scope of work I had contracted for and repaired them... “Since moving to Tacoma, my partner and I needed a new auto shop and went to Southend Auto Care a couple weeks ago for routine maintenance on our 2017 Chevy Volt (it's a plug-in hybrid) because they already have great reviews on Yelp. I sent a request via their website and they scheduled my quickly for the next week. I checked in on time and the service was great. I had no idea if the car even needed any maintenance and they were honest and fast. Trevor was the technician who is apparently extremely knowledgeable with hybrid cars so I'm glad we found this shop. They worked quickly and provided a printout of diagnostics to show if anything would be needed in the near future. They also vacuumed the front floors for free which was a nice surprise because I needed to do that for some time. Very professional, friendly and great service all around!”

“I found this mechanic because my boss recommended him. he is so nice and always smiling. took my vehicle there once so far bc my steering was stiff.. but Tim saw what was wrong, he noticed my half shafts are breaking, wasn't told by any other mechanic that this needed to be fixed. He actually had Me slide under and take a look for myself.. told me the prices right then and there, told me that I only need a certain part of my trucks rack and pinion fixed, told me what part to get, saved me $600.. he always recommends buying the parts ND out and on my way in an hour!! urself and bringing them to him to make sure it's the right part.. saves his customers lots of money... “No picture will do the quality of work justice. When I initially set up the appointment, I was asked to drop off and they will start on Monday and it would take a week (workweek). I was in no rush so that worked great. I called to check in and see how it’s going on Thursday afternoon and they said it would be done later that day so was exited to get my car back early. The work it’s self is impeccable. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. They didn’t notice the scratch on my rear bumper when I went in for a quote but they took care of it at no additional cost. I would have gladly paid a bit more but he said it was his mistake for not seeing it. Highly recommend doing business with this team. He’s a small business owner - and I’d rather see my $$$ go to him than to a profit margined big business. “Back in the end of February my husband and i purchased our fifth wheel from Sunset RV. We meet some of the employees when we did our walk through and had some minor repair work done. We met Benny and Danny, who were awesome. Nate, the service manager, was ok but he never returned calls and when i would talk to him he would say he would send Danny out to work on something, but never would. So when my husband and I had a blow out on our fifth wheel we brought it here to Sunset to be repaired. Now that they have two new Managers, Carl, the GM and Corey, the service manager, this service department was great. All of the employees followed through on what they said, they were NEVER rude to us and they were extremely helpful. I wish all companies had such a wonderful set of employees to work with.
