“No picture will do the quality of work justice. When I initially set up the appointment, I was asked to drop off and they will start on Monday and it would take a week (workweek). I was in no rush so that worked great. I called to check in and see how it’s going on Thursday afternoon and they said it would be done later that day so was exited to get my car back early. The work it’s self is impeccable. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. They didn’t notice the scratch on my rear bumper when I went in for a quote but they took care of it at no additional cost. I would have gladly paid a bit more but he said it was his mistake for not seeing it. Highly recommend doing business with this team. I’ll 100% be back in the future and will suggest to anyone looking to have work done.”

Thomas Fuller was providing an estimate and I advised that I did not want did not want to put a lot of money into this aging car. Rather than make up some profitable quote, Thomas himself grabbed some glue and tightened the necessary bolt and the car was fixed! When I went to pay - Thomas said, “no charge”. Was not expecting any freebies in fact I almost insisted on paying- but appreciate the customer recognition that they painted the car two years prior. “Back in the end of February my husband and i purchased our fifth wheel from Sunset RV. We meet some of the employees when we did our walk through and had some minor repair work done. We met Benny and Danny, who were awesome. Nate, the service manager, was ok but he never returned calls and when i would talk to him he would say he would send Danny out to work on something, but never would. So when my husband and I had a blow out on our fifth wheel we brought it here to Sunset to be repaired. Now that they have two new Managers, Carl, the GM and Corey, the service manager, this service department was great. All of the employees followed through on what they said, they were NEVER rude to us and they were extremely helpful. I wish all companies had such a wonderful set of employees to work with.
