“I had the pleasure of staying with Chic and Lana at the Hendricks House B&B the entire summer. Not only were they excellent hosts, but they went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated and comfortable. For a young intern, this spot was a safe and happy place with great company for me to return to after work. A substantial highlight, besides the gracious hosts, was the incredible food! The house is a lovely home in a beautiful location. This is an amazing place to book.”

“We had a fantastic time at the Mansion Inn! Jessica sent me a message the day of our reservation asking about our expected check in time. She said she would watch for us and she greeted us at the door! Right away, she welcomed us warmly and showed us around. We both felt like we were checking in with a friend, not a stranger! Jessica made us feel very welcome! She texted later to give us a choice of a served breakfast, or to go. We asked for a served breakfast. We had some really good blueberry pancake type dish with fruit, bacon and juice! The breakfast exceeded my expectation. The room was beautiful with a spa bath in the room. You get to overlook the lake at every window in the 3rd floor room. There is a large room with a tv downstairs for a shared space if you want to spend time down there. A Keurig is offered for you to use during your stay with coffee and tea provided and a mini fridge for use as well for our room. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!”

The location and the actual treehouse was great. We enjoyed our quiet time there. Soaking in the tub was very relaxing. Host has excellent customer service. “I loved this little motel so much that I will definitely be back! The rooms are so modern and decorated very nicely, the shower/tub is just luxurious! Hot hot water and amazing pressure. The shower head is a waterpik (all rooms are equipped with the same shower heads) with multiple settings for spray, massage, and light spray. The T.V. is a newer LG brand mounted to the wall. There is a bigger fridge in each room as well as a Keriug coffee maker in each room with complimentary K cups. I really enjoyed the staff as well. “We started our week long vacation to the Pacific NW with 2 nights at the Comforts of Whidbey. It was a perfect transition into ‘vacation mode’. The B & B is located on a large parcel of land overlooking the water. The winery is located under the B & B and tasting room. The rooms are large, with a VERY comfortable king-size bed. We splurged a bit for the water-facing rooms, which was worth it, as the room also had two comfy chairs overlooking the water. There is a small, shared kitchen with a fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast is included and is amazing - oatmeal, sausage or ham, dressed up scrambled eggs, homemade bread, breakfast bar, and small salad. Everything was super fresh and yummy. And then there are the wines. We did a wine tasting and cheese plate (an option when you reserve your room), and found a new white we liked. The winery/tasting room has live music on Sunday afternoons. Overall a lovely stay - would highly recommend.”

“Its spacious with a lot of different types of campground areas, you can be out in the open or tucked back into the trees. There is a slide, swings for both older kids and babies and an open grassy area for running around. They also allow you to build campfires at your campsite.”

“We are nearing the third anniversary of my father moving into High Valley and it seems about time to write a review. As a geriatric nurse I am super picky about the care my loved ones receive and in the time my father has been cared for by the Hasmasans I have never once had cause for concern. My husband, my brothers and I visit regularly. The food is fresh and nutritious he is always clean and well kept. My father's dementia was challenging to work with at first and Ioan and Dokia were nothing but patient...I think more than I could have been. Over the first few months as he settled in they worked hard to build his trust and provided professional, kind and respectful care (even when he wasn't exactly kind in return). We were deeply touched by their kindness and patience. The disease that has taken my dad is horrible and unforgiving. The best gift I can give him now is excellent, compassionate care and that is what he receives daily at High Valley. For this we are very grateful.”

“The lady at the front desk was fantastic. She was so helpful and we were so appreciative. Thank you so much for your kindness. The room was very basic but clean and we had the most amazing sleep on an extremely comfy bed. There was no king size bed available as they were full so we took the last room available that had two queen beds and I'm not kidding we had the best sleep 😴 This hotel is so convenient to fast food restaurants and the Beautiful New Casino right across the street you could walk to if you wanted. Loved it!”

“The rooms were awesome! Very clean and the service was very good. My wife and I stayed there for our 5 year anniversary. We purchased two suites, one for our children and her parents, and one for us. Both suites were beautiful and spacious. We had an overall excellent experience. The only thing I would say we didn't like too much was that they have an overabundance of oriental dragon themed slots and not a whole lot of variety of anything else. Not that we don't like those slots, but they were literally everywhere. You couldn't look in any direction and not see those slots.”

“Seems to be fairly quiet, but there are children living here, so expect a little noise. When coming here, do NOT underestimate the speed mountains!! They are huge. I visit a friend here and haven't encountered any unfriendly people. (BUT theres always a bad apple or two.) Not high class, its a trailer park folks, but its kept pretty clean w/o ugly yards or dead vehicles all over.”

“What lovely surprise. We came to Langley without reservations and checked out a few places before we discovered that the Langley Motel had an opening. We stayed in room 1 and it was cute, clean, cozy and close to everything to do in town. Our room was a two room suite with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I don't know when we'll be in Langley again, but we will happily stay here.”

“This place is fantastic! I think it's the best hotel or BNB that I have ever stayed in. My partner and I spend two nights in the cabin in Spring 2021. There were adorable animals around that the hostess kindly that said we could spend time with. The cabin feels very private. It has a full kitchen with lots of cute decor, DVDs to watch, plenty of tableware vegan snacks, and a spacious couch. The breakfasts that the hostess brought us were creatively made and very large portions - we kept snacking on it throughout the day. Also, she made an incredible, large vegan and gluten free berry trifle for my partner's birthday. There was a long walking trail right next to the cabin.”
