“We stayed in a renovated room on the water. It was a simple King Room. It was clean, comfortable bed, and a large balcony with a great view. It also had a very easy walk to Safeway, the marina, and downtown. Our room was a bit of a tight fit and there was only one end table and one chair in the room. We would have liked to have had a table on the balcony so we could eat/drink comfortably and to enjoy the balcony more (there were only 2 chairs). The AC worked great and there was a nice mini fridge but the breakfast wasn't provided yet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would stay there again!”

“Where to begin?? I just came home and had to immediately give credit to Cheryl for opening this home to the public. Along with David, who does maintenance, they have made this place truly a special getaway. This was a last minute trip (booked the day before) so we didn't know what to expect. However, immediately it felt like home! Cheryl and David were generous and treated each other with respect which we loved to see! Although we packed as if we were moving in, Cheryl provides guests with more than enough in the kitchen and bathroom! They had rentals...so we chose a canoe. David took a picture of us and printed us copies (2 for us and 1 for us to sign and they plan to display with the others) I thought this was a really nice touch! Another thing I loved was that they accommodated my dog - he was basically on vacation too! I really hated leaving this place but I am blessed to know what and who we are coming back to. Thank you David and Cheryl you made my last minute birthday trip something to remember! We will see you again!”

“My mom had been out of a job for 6 years, we were living at my grandparents house. She finally got her first job in forever and the first thing we did was look into a new place. The only thing we could barely afford was this cute little Mobile Home Park. I was skeptical at first, but the park is kept clean by our hard working Landlord Nancy. I think you guys have it misunderstood. There are rules that she has to enforce. Yes the rules are stupid... like what kind of dog you can't have. But their Lawyers wrote the rules, not them. Nancy works very hard to keep our costs down and our parks clean. I think she's doing a very good job. It would be a mess without her. She's cool to talk to and that's coming from a teenager. She's also very understanding considering if you're nice to her She'll be nice back. Everyone has their hard days - you guys can be mean Every once in awhile.”

“River’s Edge B&B and wedding venue is such an amazing venue! We had our fairytale dream wedding here and couldn’t have asked for anything more. the property is gorgeous with many different options. they have a beautiful king suite for ladies to get ready in, and a nice new mens cabin for the men. the owners were beyond helpful from day one, we had a couple things fall through last minute and Tanya was there to the rescue. I loved having the option to book the venue for the whole weekend, it really helped keep things stress free. The views of the river and greenery is breathtaking, all our guest kept commenting on it. It’s the best place hands down! We plan on renting her air B&B for future anniversaries (they have a hot tub and sauna)! Thanks again for opening your beautiful home to us and our guests!”

“So this is a great location about 1 mile from SeaTac Airport. The service staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The room we gave a three star rating. Comfortable beds and clean sheets, but the room smelled of smoke and the sink drain was blocked. If you're on a tight budget, this place will be fine - but don't set your expectations too high. It is what it is - cheap accommodation.”

“Updated to 5 stars. Been living here for about 2 years now, and I love it. The apartment is very nice and I feel at home. The complex is clean and the neighbors are nice. The complaint that I had before was a parking issue, but not only has this improved but both my boyfriend and I work from home. The people in the office have been very helpful and accommodating, and the maintenance man is also very kind as well. In my apartment, I haven’t noticed much noise. I love how this complex is mole free, we still get some people who think they’re being sneaky behind the buildings but for the most part it’s smoke free. Absolutely would recommend people to live here!”

“Was able to call and get a site last minute, stayed for three nights! Owners are incredibly nice!! They have a little store in the office and wood for sale. There’s another worker that goes by and collects trash in the morning. They also had a kid friendly movie playing on the lawn Saturday night! Overall it’s a clean and friendly place!! We already decided to be back next year. Amazing experience”

“Great customer service! Park is getting many improvements and its peaceful. The manager I met KIM L. Is super professional and ethical. It May have been bad at some point in the PAST with past Management but CURRENTLY it's fantastic. From the time of application to the move on date all went flawless. Lots are cleaned and is close to 410 and hwy 167. Easy freeway access and near Fred Myers and shopping center including Star Bucks Mmmm... Coffee mad Tea!☕💛 They where able to accommodate our 34 FT RV. Full Hookups!”

“Our favorite quiet getaway! Just had our first summer visit, and it was a treat to eat on the patio while watching the sun set over the marina. Previous visits in fall and winter did not disappoint though as eating in by the fire is so cozy. The restaurant is one of our favorites, and the rooms are beautiful with spacious, spa-like tubs. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I have lived in our manufactured home in Sans Souci for over six years now. The first thing that caught my eye was the overall appearance of the park. The many tall trees and winding streets were far better than many of the other parks we looked at. It truly looks like we are living in a park. The amenities are available for our enjoyment -- the pool, the clubhouse, the events -- they all contribute greatly to life at Sans Souci. Probably, the best ameninity we enjoy are the people who live here. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. That is key.”

“I needed a spot to stay for the night, and found this place. The owner was very nice when I made my reservation on the phone. She called me back about 10 minutes later that the cabin she was going to have me stay in was not available but gave me another cabin. The room was beautiful friendly bright and cheery. It has nice personal touches coffee, tea, creamer. Towels were soft and fuzzy, the bed was amazing after a long day working on the trails in the Olympic National Forest. I would highly recommend staying here, and will stay here again very soon! I felt like I was being catered too, and not just renting a room for the night. The view was awesome too!”

“Very quaint hotel with beautiful artwork and a lot of character. The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we enjoyed seeing their vegetable gardens. The room was spacious and felt like a one bedroom apartment. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. However, they delivered a basket of yummy foods and juice for breakfast. It was such a nice touch. My only complaint would be the bugs. We found a spider, beetle and ants in our room. There was also a lot of cobwebs. (Sorry for the messy room pictures. I didn't think to take pictures of our room until we were getting ready to leave.)”
