The only thing I could recommend is cleaning the carpeted areas a bit more, lots of stuff on the carpets. My kids had a great time, the staff was super friendly, esp the girl that did "hosted" the rock wall, she was there today 3/28 around 3:30pm and she was the sweetest thing to my two kids and kept her patience with them the entire time. Thanks for making our day fun - my kiddo exclaimed multiple times while there "this is the best birthday gift I got"(today was his birthday and a trip to Flying Squirrel was one of his gifts). It was a very unique pairing that included Port, Sake, Riesling, and Rose in the middle of the meal and didn't feel like a natural progression. I also wanted a bit more of an explanation of how/why the wine pairs well with the food, not the dollar value of the bottle. That being said, the food was fabulous and worth a try for a special occasion. Plenty of food, you will not leave hungry!”

“We used Cascadia Pizza's catering service for our New Year corporate event, and they provide excellent service, and a stiff drink perfect for ringing in the new year. The customer service leading up to the event was very thorough, and professional as well. They made planning for this event much smoother then most party planning. Upon arrival they were very efficient, self driven, and need very little direction from us. The food was impeccable, and they offered many accommodating options. As I mentioned their bar service was wonderful as well, with specialty cocktails, and plenty of beer and wine services. I would definitely use their catering services in the future.”

They have a new customer forever. Ordered two medium pizzas. One pepperoni and one Italian sausage. Pizzas arrived quickly. They smelled delicious before the box was even opened and were really hot. The crust was evenly cooked and had a pan crust flavor. The toppings were everywhere and delicious. Nice to find a local place that makes a great pizza. Thanks for a great first time experience.”
