“A day trip from Tijeris, NM, where our RV was parked as we travel on Route 66 - led us down Highway 14 (becoming “The Turquoise Trail”) This beautiful drive took us into Madrid, NM where we enjoyed the festive casual atmosphere of wonderful shops down Main Street featuring local Native American artists. We certainly chose a perfect gallery to shop. Greeted by an accomplished owner and great staff, we found wonderful items and gifts and made new friends.
