Very clean and comfortable environment. Everything looked very neat inside. The owner takes pride in his place! Nice wall arts and greenery inside of the shop. Some dishes might be delicious. However, I picked the cinnamon swirl and it turned out to be a little bit sugary. My wife’s gone on the other hand was relatively tasty. The coffee was really watery and didn’t taste well. Had to go next-door to correct it. Overall is a very nice place with the great, Romanian hospitality.”

“Very friendly staff who let us buy our drinks and eat our lunch in the air conditioning, which was very kind. It was so hot today. It was my first time trying Boba and he loved it and went up for seconds. I got just a lemon tea which, for six dollars was a little expensive, but the place is adorable and it’s about an average price for Boba. There are several places to sit, including a very comfy couch, and Parking is limited, but there are two handicap spots right out front. Everyone was very friendly, it is air-conditioned, and we would totally come back!”

I ordered an iced chai tea latte with regular milk, petit vanilla bean scones, and also purchased an apple juice box. The chai tea was sweet but not overly sweet or diluted by milk and/or ice -- it tasted refreshing and creamy, as I expect an iced chai tea latte from Starbucks to be. The petit vanilla bean scones were decent -- dense, but not too biscuit-like. Each of the little scones looks as though it would weigh 1-1.5 ounces. They are filling enough, especially for such a small pastry. And the juice box... Well, it's a juice box. Not expired. Overall, if you're looking for a Starbucks to stop at when you want something with coffee, espresso, or tea, and you're on Artesia by Van Ness, this is your place.”

“Stewart’s needs more staff on each shift. Lately every store I head over to is dirty (inside and out), trashes are full, no food out, no product, nothing is fresh. I used to blame the workers, thinking they were lazy and didn’t want to work (kids on staff, newer employees) but today I came into this store and sat down for 2-3 hours & had a cup of coffee with an old friend. The workers here were running around & taking customers so quickly, but there were only. 2 workers and the store was packed the entire time. Scooping ice cream & cashing out customers left and right, leaving the store to pile up with filth. They were diligent workers and 5 star employees. Deserve a raise both of them.Customers became angry with the line and the wait but there was nothing these workers could do about it. Really needs better help with staff, Stewart’s should care about adequate staff to ensure higher standards in stores because it seems that standards have gone down significantly in the last decade. I’m 71 years old and I’m very disappointed with how these stores are being managed”

“This location is newer and is in a good area. There is an entrance from the side road as well. Ordering is mainly done through kiosk. You can order at the counter and they have been quick with my orders so far. My main reason for this review is the manager, Andrew. He REALLY goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one. He has helped me navigate the app and double checks my order. Mind you, I do go inside for the majority of my orders. I haven't done a mobile order yet. I just wanted to highlight him as a manager and how much he cares for his customers! Thank you!”

“I came in today on Sept 11th for lunch. The food was great and the prices were super affordable and they give you big portions for what we pay for. I got the taco salad. It came with a blueberry muffin which the muffin was perfectly sweet and fluffy. The taco shell was light and crispy. The salad was fresh and tasty. The ground beef was cooked perfectly. They gave me extra sour cream and extra Italian dressing like I asked. The food was 5 out of 5 and great for the price. The service however was a different story. I can tell that the waitresses are on autopilot and don't enjoy working there. When I was done eating, I asked a waitress that wasn't my waitress (a tan skinned girl with long black hair looked like she was in her 20's) for my check. She was rude and looked at me like I was dumb. She just said "I don't know who your waitress is" and quickly turned around and walked away. She could have said "I'm sorry, I don't know who your waitress is. Let me find out and let your waitress know." but she obviously wasn't a team player and was lazy. Bad service from her. My waitress (an older lady with short gray/white hair) was obviously stuck on auto pilot. It definitely was not service with a smile. I gave my waitress the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was having an off day. I still tipped her $5 on a check that was $12.49. I will also give them bonus points because the food came out fast, which I appreciated and gave them 2 out of 5 stars for service instead of 0 out of 5 stars for service.”
