“This was one of the best rental car experiences I've ever had. The agent worked with me and my company. I needed the rental while I was in St. Louis MO but my company was paying for it. We are a small company and they issue Individual company credit cards. So I had the one company card on me but it wasn't in my name but it was the card they used to pay for the reservation. The gentle let the company's accountant, whose name is on the card, fax over a copy of her driver's license and a sugned affidavit saying I was authorized to use the card. I was renting the car for 3 weeks and did not have enough money on my personal credit card to pay for the reservation otherwise I would have done that. But the gentleman at Budget was very helpful and really helped me out. Enterprise let me book the car using the company card but once they saw that my ID did not the name of the card, even with the my company talking to them and promising to fax the affidavit and card owner info they refused to let me pick the car up AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR CANCELING THE RESERVATION LAST MINUTE. I will never use Enterprise again and will only use Budget. Best customer service and EXCELLENT car return experience. It took about 5 minutes to return the car at the busy airport return lot. BEST. CAR. RENTAL. EXPERIENCE. EVER.”

“This dealership is clearly one of the best! So easy to deal with and great customer service! From the point of contact with Amber to inquire about the car , she was so helpful, caring. and understanding. We are from Michigan and wanted to be sure the vehicle was what we wanted and that it not be sold before we made the trip down. Amber met us there and the car was in showroom condition! The sale went so smoothly and everyone there was super friendly. After getting the car back home we noticed a small vibration with the transmission. We took the car to a dealer in our area to diagnoses the problem. We contacted Kevin the service manager and he was so easy to deal with and took care of the repair in Michigan! I have NEVER had such a great experience with any other dealership! “Check in was easy and rental car was clean enough. Main concern was that at no point did anyone do a walk around with me to document dings and scratches already on the car. Nor was I given a form to fill out to state those items. Ended up taking pictures and sending them to myself via email to time stamp and protect myself. Car return was straightforward, though again, no one did a walk around with me. The car itself was ok. Was a Ford and could tell the interior was a little old. Given the cost had expected the car to be newer. May go with Budget again in the future but the experience was not good enough to preclude shopping other rental agencies as well.”

“We are from out of state and were in Tiffin visiting family. When we were preparing to leave, my husband checked our spare tire. He was unable to get it out of the spare tire well due to an error the last time it was replaced. In order to access it, we needed a bolt cut off. Feasel’s worked him in immediately. The mechanic cut it off, buffed it, and even filled the tire up to pressure. We could not be more pleased with their service! My husband would like to give them an 8 out of 5!”

I've been renting from Enterprise since they started their company. I believe one of the first stores was in Waterbury Connecticut it was right down the street from where I used to live.
