“Had only a completely satisfying experience, comparable to national chains of other car rentals. The team members were all committed to a safe, affordable, efficient, and respectful service. (Read below for details) Shuttle service picked us up within 20-25 minutes from the designated location at Denver Airport. Driver was courteous and offered to help with luggage. Office staff upgraded our car for no additional charge when our reserved vehicle was unavailable. The rented car met all safety, comfort, and aesthetic points. Process to get us into a car and on our way took less than 15 minutes from arrival. Drop off process was similarly as simple and quick. Within 15 minutes, we were boarding the shuttle back to the Airport. A few minutes into the shuttle ride, I realized I had left my mobile phone back in their office. The driver was kind enough to turn back and allowed me to retrieve it. Despite the delay from doubling back, we reached the airport in less than the 30 minutes I had originally budgeted in our schedule. The only thing I recommend they improve is perhaps lay down a carpet so you don't sound like rolling thunder when you walk up the handicap access ramp! Otherwise, a pleasure and comparable to the national chains at a better price point.”

“After receiving horrendous Customer Service at Roxboro NC Enterprise, I called this Hertz office for assistance with a rental while my vehicle is in for repairs after a car accident. Ashley; the Customer Service Representative went out of her way to work with the Insurance company to arrange a proper vehicle for me. I was unable to make it to the office to make the arrangements myself so Ashley worked with the insurance company over the phone. I was contacted in less than 1/2 hr with a confirmation number. “So far pretty good experiences. I got called from putting my old car on Kelly Blue Book online providing my information. They had exactly what I was looking for and immediately went up to test drive. I didn't actually have the car I was looking to trade, but they were still willing to start the sale, which was completed the very next day. It was a really quick easy buying process. I added window tint and rust coat proofing to my purchase and upon dropping my car off, I was provided with a very nice 2021 Tacoma as a loaner, which I almost liked better than my Camry TRD! When I picked my Camry up the next day, the window tint looked great but I didn't get a strip across the top front like I hoped. In setting up the window tint, it was just passed along from my car salesman, to maybe someone in service who then set it up with a local tint company. He just asked, what percent all the way around. I think had I went to a tint company myself, it would have been a bit more personable service and to my exact specification. I also don't know who did the tint, so hopefully if something bubbles, scratches or peels down the road, Summit will make it right. Aside the window tint, the rust coating left my car pretty messy. They didn't seem to take much care or time in a detail cleaning before giving me the keys. I had to ask someone to come take a look and then they took another 30 minutes to fix it. I appreciate them fixing, but still. I plan on taking my new car there for all services to maintain the warranty, but service didn't seem to be to helpful or personable. I ask a question and I'm told that I need to see my sales person, who has been hit or miss when I've stopped in. If I'm expected or going to be new repeat customer for retaining, I would expect them to be a little more clear and helpful in directing me to who and where I need to go for future service requests/questions. Retaining that relationship could be the difference of my next purchase down the road.”
