“Rather than using my own SUV for long trips, I've started using rental cars instead. This reduces the wear, (miles) on my vehicle but more importantly allows me to have a better suited vehicle for the trip, sometimes a Minivan is better than an SUV. Having tried a number of different rental companies, Enterprise has become my fav, particularly non-airport locations. Selection is great. Vehicles are clean and reliable. “Needed a car as mine was stolen, I always hate renting a car just because the rates are extremely high and it’s not something you get back , and I’ve had issues with the other car rental companies saying they found a scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t there previously just so they wouldn’t have to give me back my deposit. I’ve never been to this enterprise but was pleasantly surprised at the service and turnaround in getting me a vehicle the car was cleaned well and very nice and I even got an upgrade for whatever reason whether it was because they had no small economy cars or if he just felt bad because I’m a 6’4 man trying to fit my tall butt in a smart car.. overall very professional and would work with them again if needed.. still wish the rates were just a little cheaper but seems to be the business and not the location .”

“My daughter was getting married in Chicago. I needed to get 27 family members including seniors (with a walker) and a person in a powered wheelchair from Akron to the hotel in Chicago and to and from the wedding then safely back to Akron. The bus was wonderful with a wheel chair lift, wifi, great sound and video system (we watched three movies each way). It was clean and very comfortable. The driver was a pro, always on time, very helpful during boarding and exiting. Plenty of room below for luggage. It made for a memorable, wonderful family weekend that will be talked about for years to come. Thank you Matt the driver and Barons Bus. I would do this once/year, even without a wedding.”
