However, after my issue, the owner responded and was very helpful, provided videos on how it was setup and how it should be used! He even refunded my wash which was super cool of him. “My car was clean, but there was some things I wasnt completely happy about. I was taken back when I got there and they said they were 3 hrs behind because of medical issues. I had no problem with this and empathized with him, but I wish they would’ve communicated that before I got there since I had to leave my car there overnight. Which I hadn’t planned for, and needed to use it the next day. When I went looking for my change later on to use, I was left with only pennys, dimes and nickels when I know I had lots of quarters and even 50 cent coins in my middle compartment. I’m not the type to get mad over change, but why would you take someone’s quarters and leave the rest? Especially when I’m paying you anyways. I had both of my quarter spaces filled and even more on the top section and none of them were put back. If I’m trusting you with my car I expect all my belongings to return to my car even if it’s just change.”

First of all, you really need to have more of the crispy chicken sandwiches ready and available, my daughter and I both like those, but they are almost always out. Second, y'all are giving away free diabetes with every cup of sweet tea, consistently at any locations that I frequent the sweet tea is ridiculously sweet. I've had it when it's not, and when it's made right it's fantastic! Like I said, Im a fan of Kwik Trip, it's products, and wonderful friendly service.”

I am a regional employee auditor however I used to work for quick quack a few years ago so I personally know how difficult it is to be an employee during the summer heat, but Emilio looked great! Great energy, great vibes, just so welcoming. I went around to let the manager (Theresa) know, and SHE was even amazing! She as well had great personality, and such welcoming vibes. I personally love this store, I literally pass about 3-4 quick quacks just to come receive such great customer service! If this store was one of my assignments I would recommend They BOTH need additional recognition aside from this review! A promotion, raise, paid vacation SOMETHING! As a former employee and now customer, I can honestly say I continue to come back mostly because of how great an experience they can make from a 5-10 minute car wash. they are GREAT!
