“I swung by to pick up an item that showed in stock on their app. There were none stocked on the aisle but I did find the sticker where they should be. I spoke with an employee who told me there may be some in the back and he would go check. After returning he said it would take him about an hour to go through 2 full pallets to find them. I didn’t have time for that and just drove to springfield but would have been nice to have them stocked upon arrival, or app updated to show otherwise.”

She is through and makes sure you find the right pair of glasses to fit your face and needs. My niece was unsure of what to choose. She went back and fourth until Jennifer stepped in to help. In no time my niece had the glasses she wanted. Then Jennifer took the time to explain the protection for her glasses and the cost. She let us know that my niece could get a second pair of glasses as backup just in case something happens to the first pair. Wow. I love her energy! It was a pleasure to have her assist us. “Lately for grocery pickups it has been overwhelmingly crowded and you have to wait for parking in a numbered spot. Last visit my window was 4PM-5PM and I arrived about 4:10PM. I didn’t leave until 5:15PM. That’s about 45 minutes longer than I’m used to waiting. Otherwise it’s a good Walmart. Usually well stocked.”

Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location. This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”
