“We built this house and Jeb helped us pick out the style of floor, backsplash, and tile for the bathroom shower and tub! His crew came out when we were ready for them very quickly! All of the guys were very kind and professional! The shower/tub is so beautiful, 🤩 the floors are exactly what we imagined and the backsplash is gorgeous! Over all we are definitely pleased with the whole process with superior flooring and would definitely recommend them to anyone!”

“I was so excited about this dollar general when it opened of course I had to go check it out it was sooo nice and neat but as I kept returning to pickup items it started looking run down ,stock in the aisle not put up things thrown wherever staff were not friendly so I stopped going I finally gave this store another chance went in last Friday to my surprise this store looks awesome it’s so clean and neat the staff was very polite and willing to help if needed. While I was searching for what I needed a young lady came up to me and asked if I needed help finding anything as we began to talk I had told her the store looked really good from what it was before her name was Allison very nice person very polite I will continue to shop at this dollar general it’s a complete turn around from what it was keep up the good work !!! We originally found a bad kitchen leak that required us to replace all of our cabinets and then one thing lead to another and I now have a brand new kitchen + dining room and floors! 😁 From the start, Ax was quick to respond and came out the next morning, was very professional, and definitely has a passion for what he does. Him and his crew were reliable and trustworthy throughout the process. They took care of any questions and concerns we had throughout the journey and always put our needs first. He gave his honest opinions and advice no matter how many times I bothered him about this and that. Him and his crew are very knowledgeable and put out quality work-it shows in every corner. Being without a kitchen for some time with young children can be a stressful time, but he was understanding of that and his crew worked hard to get us back to normal. We negotiated how much they would do and how much we would do ourselves. Their 3 person work crew finished the job in one half day. “Best Buy managers and employees are amazing. I had came in with an issue related to a go-pro and it was immediately taken care of. I didn’t catch the managers name who had helped. Then about a week later, I went in again to pay for an SD card reader. My card was having problems and manager Anthony told me it was taken care of. It had been a really rough day for me & that one little interaction really made a huge difference. They really care about their customers. I have always gone there to get dash-cams & things of that nature installed in my car and I am always taken care of. I also have gone there to purchase products & the environment & customer service is amazing. I also wanted to add that the go-pro issue was NOT Best Buy’s fault. These people at this location go above & beyond. I will also be contacting corporate to tell them how much this store will do for their customers to make sure every interaction is handled professionally, articulately, and respectably.
