“100% HIGHLY recommend this company! From beginning to end they were reliable, straight forward, on time and professional. We went with the Marvin Infinity black windows. They are gorgeous. Our sales rep, Mike M, was wonderful. He was highly efficient on his first visit. He worked with us to explain the product, work through design and installation questions and presented a quote that was very fare. We had 3-4 quotes from reputable companies prior to Performance that were all 25-55% higher. Mike was in and out in close to an hour, with no dog and pony show. Very professional. Once we decided on the product we were matched with an installation team that contacted us to set up final measure within 1-2 weeks. Our 28 windows and 1 door were ready for install 8 weeks from measure...we were so impressed with the timeline. Our install team, lead by Mike S, Frank and his boys was incredible. They worked the entire job, including tear out and install in one day! Our home was not an easy job...1963 original Anderson's with wonky openings. We were a bit worried but given their level of experience and craftsmanship the job turned out exactly to our specifications...oh, and they are clean, clean, clean. No mess left behind. Even our dogs loved them!!. My husband is a design build architect who is familiar with quality products, fare pricing and talented install teams. He has high expectations for jobs like this and Performance delivered. We were impressed start to finish by Performance and will recommend them to clients, family and friends. “10/22 C&G New Generation Roofing Elvin did inspection found roof paper was good for 2 more years also found problems others didn't catch. We wanted roof done because of age 32 yrs. Removed tile installed 2 layers of paper, replaced broken tiles. Installed 2 new skylights. All wood was inspected replaced as needed, skylight framing was redone to provide better seal. Cleaned site every day all waste was removed when job finished. Roof looks better then when it was new. Two storms sense roof was finish 1st storm had flashflood warning 2nd had 50+ mph winds no leaks nothing blow off. Elvin is easy to talk to keeps you informed really wants to do job right. This was not a simple job to do roof high & steep, Price was what we thought it would be. I have no problems happy with work done.”

It was a pretty big project with cathedral ceiling rooms, tricky angles and lots of repair work to the walls. They did a fantastic job, the paint job looks beautiful and their skill and talent shows. During the quote process, Carlos took extra time to walk through every detail of the project. His price for the project was extremely reasonable and very fair. He even made suggestions on trim color that we hadn't even thought of. During the project, he was constantly checking in with me, making sure that I was satisfied on how things were going and if I had any questions or concerns. After the project was complete, he walked through with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Needless to say, we are very satisfied!
