His team added copper flashing in damage prone roof valleys and flashed new copper and added silicon paint to protect my chimney. The team was here for 3 full days and left my property with no debris, nails or shingle pieces. I interviewed 4 roofers and only 2 went up on my old roof to inspect it before giving an estimate. Got a quick response, Ernesto, on of the contractors, came out that same day for a roof inspection, was very thorough and gave me a very reasonable quote and said they could schedule me in the the next day of the day after as they had another job close by. The Zarate crew was there the next morning on time and did a great tear off of 2 existing layers of shingles and a great job of installing the new roof using top grade roofing materials. He also referred another company for the drywall repair. All is well and done. He is now working us in for a roof replacement. He went above and beyond to answer questions. Take extra pictures of troubling spots on this old roof, and go up into the crawl space and look for additional defects. Several weeks later a new roof was installed. Exceptional work.
