“I would have given Omega a 5 star review had their customer service done their job. The Salesman who came to the house was very nice, and explained everything we needed to know. We felt at ease making the choice to go with this company. We gave the down payment and in 3 days someone was out to measure the windows. We were told approximately 6 to 8 weeks the windows would be in and ready to install. 6 weeks passed and no calls, no emails no communicate at all. 7 weeks passed and I finally called and asked about when were the windows coming in. I was told they should be in the end of that week, making that the 8th week. 9 weeks no phone call , nothing... 11 weeks, my husband called and they told him we'd get a call the following week to confirm installation. Week 12 we get the date for installation. Week 13 finally they were installed. Now if I could just rate the 2 guys who did a GREAT JOB!!! I'd give them a 5 STAR.. They showed up on time, worked all day, never took a break, cleaned up, made sure they put drop cloths down so they didn't get the floors dirty. Even brought different shoes to wear in the house. They were really nice guys, very polite. I have to say I'm so very happy with our windows.”

The other companies told me I would have to wait 3 to 4 months, but Amtek said 3 weeks. The crew tore off old roofing, replaced all damaged decking and fascia, replaced my skylight, and installed new roof in one day!! They picked up all debris like they were never here. “Our garage needed re-roofing which involved removing and re-installing solar panels from the attached guest house. Firstly, of 5 quotes UEC was very significantly the cheapest - less than half of the most expensive quote (ultimately the job required a little more than the estimator based his quote on, but it was still less than half of the most expensive quote). Secondly, I was impressed that UEC could handle the solar panels, which are continuing to work fine a year after the job. Thirdly, the guys handling the job were efficient and pleasant. The tiles along the roof corners seem likely a bit lower quality than those another contractor used on the guesthouse, but the UEC price was so reasonable so this is understandable. Accordingly, my recommendation based on this job is a strong one.”

We had a leak and had a roofing company come out and inspect our roof, long story short, we had hail damage on a good portion of it. “On today, 8/15/2022, Marco and employees completed my project that involved installing a roof, gutters, leaders, and wrapping a wood & concrete siding of a sun porch, and wrapping (soffit & fascia) of an eaves/awning over my back door. This was quite a difficult job because our house is over 70 years old, and the design is very detailed--especially the eaves. The sun porch work was difficult because it required wrapping a concrete siding. Marco and crew were friendly, professional, timely and completed the project in one day. Overall, this contractor's work was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody. In fact, I have another project for them.
