He answered ALL my many questions and was communicative throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what to expect on the day the new roof was to be installed. The crew arrived promptly at the time I was told they would arrive and got to work immediately. There were several times I made impromptu "check-ins" on the work and everyone on the crew was always working, and they were working hard! Not only was the crew hard working, they were also very courteous and respectful of our property. I can honestly say they left our property in better condition than when they arrived. Throughout the whole process, Brad was constantly in touch with me. I was always informed and there were never any surprises. It takes a lot to impress me, but Chastain Roofing did just that. They got me scheduled quickly, installed the roof in one day, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I am incredibly happy with our new roof and gutters. Pat from Tyther came out and met with our insurance adjuster to show what was damaged. Roy then helped me pick out our roof color. Our roof installation was scheduled. Hunter was our project manager and was well...top notch. The roofing crew did a great job and the roof looks great. The clean up was also impressive. All the roof tear off was cleaned up. And after the roof was installed. The roof crew and then Hunter ran a magnet around the house to make sure no nails were left on the lawn. I don't often write reviews. However, this job was so well done both in quality of work and customer service I wanted to give Tyther my thoughts on a job well done!”

Had extra work done, a chimney removed, there was water damaged wood that had to be replaced and they still completed the job in 1 day. Cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. Was very careful covering the landscaping, nothing damaged. He was on the job the entire time making sure the workers were doing it correctly. I would highly recommend him if you ever need a roof replaced!”
