They promptly came out to inspect and agreed that water was getting under the coating They installed. They told me they would get back to me in 4 days with a proposed fix. It has now been 10 days and no call back even after I left one message reminding them about the promised call back. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems. So far I am quite disappointed. The warranty was honored and a repair has been made to satisfy the situation. I would work with them again. This is an honorable company.”
