“We’d had previous roof replacement for half the roof, but we needed the other half replaced as it was desperately in need. Alan was incredibly fast and efficient. He came out same day to do an inspection and had us scheduled 2 days later. They were done in 8 hours and were very communicative, showing us pictures along the way. We were worried about each half of the roof matching but it looks great! They’ll be back next week to repair the drywall on the inside that has water damage due to the leaky roof and storms. They provided a free inspection (literally the next day after calling me) and explained what a good roof looks like (we absolutely did not have a good roof). Even when Chris provided a photo of a hole in our roof, I never felt like he was pressuring us to go with Alliance. We did end up using them and I still can’t get over the difference.
