“I would rate him 10 out of 10. His responsiveness was great, the explanation of what would happen and how the process would happen was great! He continued to work directly with my insurance company, because Allstate denied me twice, and he mentioned they would be hard to get by, but he kept talking, taken pictures, filming the roof to provide proof of the damange. I haven't had any problems thus far from the replacement of my roof or the job performed. The only thing that I didn't like is the nails left behind, but I'm sure they picked up more than I did, after the work was done. The job was completed in one day. I do believe they recommended a more expensive roofing than I had before. But, it looked very nice on my house. Overall, I have no complaints. And we both know that I couldn't walk on the roof, before or after...so I had to trust what was being told to me from them as well as my insurance inspector.”

“I recently had my house and shed’s roofs replaced by Albo Roofing & Gutters and my experience could not have been better. The initial estimate, material drop-off, and installation all occurred flawlessly as each step occurred as scheduled while the owner maintained communication throughout. The finished product is amazing and their clean-up was flawless. The crew was very professional and efficient. Prior to signing the contract with Albo, I had received estimates from two other companies. After receiving the estimates from the other companies, some internet searches led me to believe that one of the companies was extremely reputable while the other was known for bait-and-switch tactics. The reputable company’s price was considerably higher than Albo’s and although the less-reputable company’s estimate was within the same ballpark as Albo, the price and final cost were not presented clearly (similar to a gimmicky used-car salesman). Albo managed to offer a fair price while maintaining price transparency throughout as they explained each aspect of the contract in detail. My parents were so impressed that they had Albo replace their roof a few weeks later. The owner Joe came out did the estimate and spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and provided multiple options and unbiased recommendations. He alone set himself far apart from the competition and he made himself available for all my questions. After I told Joe I was ready to move forward he had his team out the next weather friendly day and got the entire roof done that day. I got off work early and came home while they were still working and his crew was very friendly and cleaned up well after the job was done. After the roof was done Joe himself made sure to come out the following day and check everything out and make sure I was completely satisfied. They do more than roofing and I was so happy with the work they did I have them putting together an estimate to update my siding and putting in a French door.
