They also replaced my rain gutters, stained my fence and pergola, and replaced some damaged window screens. One of the biggest benefits of using Sunny Side was the way they worked with my insurance company to help get my claim approved, which was originally denied on the first attempt, but Cody continued to provide them with the evidence of covered damages until they were in agreement and covered the claim. He answered many questions regarding the type of roofing systems he proposed (both shingle and flat-roof, as I have a dual-system roof). His estimate was reasonable, AND he gives a FIVE year warranty! When there was a glitch in the shingles I ordered, he promptly offered a solution that was very accommodating - I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with his solution. His crew arrived promptly, were polite and professional, and offered minimal disruption. This was a two-day job; they completely cleaned up after themselves after the first day, even though they were returning the next day to complete the job. After talking with Jon Massey, he helped me design what I’ve always wanted to do to my house! He started with the house itself and after seeing the work they had done, I decided to complete my garage and replace all of my gutters to color match my roof. I’m very happy with it and I’m glad that I made that call to All State (found them on Google). The crew took their time and cleaned up all of the mess.
