“I just had to share this: My son’s birthday was today (Sunday) and yesterday (Saturday night) I called to order an ice cream cake. The girl told me they needed 24hr notice in order to have it ready in the morning. “Company policy.” And also they were short staffed as-is. But after we chatted back and forth she said “I’m not supposed to do this, but I’ll see what I can do.” She called back a little later and said she managed to find time and made it! And added some extra decorations too! My brother went to pick it up the next morning and when he brought it home I was SO impressed! I wish I could post a pic here. She did red & blue dots all along the border and had the cookie crumbles! I used to work at Dairy Queen as a teenager, so knowing the effort she had to put into it, just absolutely melted my heart! I didn’t get her name, but I’m planning on finding out to tip her. SO grateful she saved the day!!!”

Cole was a gracious host, very knowledgeable about the wine and nailed our differences in taste, customizing our tastings with perfection. The food was delicious too! We shared the charcuterie board for 2 and an Italian sandwich on a fresh, soft ciabotta roll. The property and views were picturesque. And the music selection completed the ambiance with a relaxing and easy vibe. We could have spent all day there! We took home prosecco and their signature white. I even bought a cute hat and sweater at their boutique marketplace on site. Loved every minute and worth every penny.”

“I sent three Vokey wedges to Oughton's. All were chrome but were rusting on the faces. I nearly gave them away before discovering Doug Oughton. I got the wedges done in the raw, brushed finished and when I received them in the mail, I couldn't believe it. They're beautiful. The faces are like new and the brushed finish is fantastic. I asked for no paint fill because I'm indecisive and I can handle that myself. Currently removing clubheads from my iron set to send to Oughton's. Very affordable, great communication, beautiful work. I can't say enough positive things. Absolutely love the work done to my clubs.”

Angela came to my house second morning after I reached out to her to measure and 3 days later - delivery of high quality installation of 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms. What’s more important is that Angela stayed with real-time communication along the way: always available/callback when you call her; not simply trying to rush out the order but spent time to discuss aesthetic option. In order to make a small edge pretty, Angela went above and beyond to floor and decor to find options and samples for me. After finishing up, they sent back people to make small corner and other here and there adjustments upon my request. They sealed the working area perfectly to avoid disruption our regular routine. You can’t go wrong with Karamay, they are just that awesome!”
