“A great facility for elders! I was there taking my neighbor for an appointment, and what a beautiful facility with such friendly people. They have great little tables/areas for waiting on patients who are exercising or getting therapy, etc. So I like going with him (he is blind, I drive him every week) because its just a great friendly environment. Very clean. Very clean!!!! I mean, really, for the amount of people in and out of there, WOW. Just goes to show when people care, it impacts the environment too. Great place to go if you have an appointment here. I didnt even have an appointment here, but I felt compelled to leave a review because it is seriously such a nice little oasis of care!”

“I've been going to Gustavo's since the 2000's when he used to be on 29th and Mission. I lived in Ingleside at the time, and back then I would get haircuts every other week. We got our hair cuts, and sometimes hair dyed too. Gustavo always takes his time and prides himself in his good work. He'll never rush, and he always cuts and styles your hair the way you want it. Fast forward almost 25 years later, and just a few years ago I see him in the Excelsior on Mission and I knew I needed to start getting my haircuts from him again. My kid also likes getting her hair styled from Gustavo, and she always asks for him to cut her hair. I'm glad he's here in the Excelsior and although I go once a month, and it's because I'm older, but I still appreciate his craft and thoroughness, you can tell he really loves his job!”

“We love Innovative Music! My daughter has been taking ukulele lessons and voice coaching with Mr.Bo. He is very knowledgeable, and due to his background, I can't imagine having any other teacher that would have this much experience in the area! We've been blessed with Mr.Bo being her teacher for over a year and our family can see the great improvements our daughter has been made playing and singing, and also performing on stage. Mr. Bo is also an awesome guitar player and is also finding ways to make their class fun! We love the atmosphere and everyone that works at Innovative, so much that my younger daughter started taking drum lessons. The teacher, Mr. Joe is excellent! He has a lot of patience, and is great with children. My daughter loves going to class because he is so much fun, and she is learning in a fun way! The owner, Mrs. Kim Dale, is very professional, as has always been very flexible to rearrange classes whenever we have schedule conflicts. My children always look forward to their class, and always ask me about the recitals, when they have a chance to perform, and also see their friends performing. Their recitals are also very informal and encouraging, you don't feel like a contest, but mostly a special way to showcase your work to family and friends. We would recommend this music school to anyone interested in learning a new instrument!”
