“Rabbi Cohen is my teacher, mentor and friend. His classes are AMAZING (and my 1st exposure to Torah true Judaism) and he connects with people through a great sense of humor and relaxed personality. If you can spend any time with him and the rebbetzin it will be a memorable and enjoyable experience. Love you Rabbi!”

Congregation Beth Tikvah

Address: 6121 Olentangy River Rd, Worthington, OH 43085, USA

Synagogue

“I have been a member of Congregation Beth Tikvah for over four decades. In the beginning, the temple was a great place for my daughter to receive religious and Hebrew instruction and my husband and I to meet other couples with similar values and interests. My daughter and grandchildren have grown up. My interests have changed over time. Nothing about this synagogue is static either. Many members and temple staff have come and gone. Nevertheless, the temple remains an anchor in my life. My family friends and my faith have evolved over the years and truly complement my aging self. Looking ahead as well as back over my life, Congregation Beth Tikvah is part of my heart and soul.”

Temple Israel

Address: 5725 Walnut Lake Rd, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48323, USA

Synagogue Library

“Lovely People. I came into contact with Rabbi Joshua due to my Grandmother passing away, and Temple Israel presiding over her ceremony and the work leading up to it. I feel very fortunate to have been served by this group of kind, wonderful people. Their excellent use of communications technology during COVID restrictions on larger gatherings and travel is great. They provided (battery powered) a P.A. System and live streamed the ceremony. Every detail counts... they think of everything. I am confident that when you need a temple these folks are the jam. Thanks Temple Isreal! Peace and Love.”

Bais Tefila of Inwood

Address: 259 Doughty Blvd, Inwood, NY 11096, USA

Synagogue Car repair Store

“This place. What can I say? Well, a lot actually, but to save you time, simply read quickly. This Shul is warm and caring, so are the people inside...kind of a chicken and egg thing. Really though, the community has an out of town feel...the good kind ...like where everyone feels accepted ...not the kind where your wondering why the traffic lights go out at 10 and why there's nothing open after 9pm. The Rav is the Man! You need something bam! Call him and he's there for you. Treating everyone in the community like family, the kind of family you like...you know who I mean..and if you don't then you might be the other kind🤷‍♂️ kidding...maybe. Really a swell place all around. I would be remiss if didn't mention the catering hall and the food. But truth is I'm pretty remiss so it wouldn't be a surprise, to anyone. Hall is beautiful, food is great and most importantly....there is lots of parking.”

Congregation 800 hp vertical wind tunnel generates a wall-to-wall cushion of air, on which you safely float. There's no parachute, no jumping, and nothing attaching you to planet Earth. It's just you and the air, and it's the most incredible adrenaline rush.”

It was created when two smaller synagogue’s that were located in Mount Vernon and Eastchester merged and bought the former Christian Science Church at 46 Fox Meadow Road in 1998. Within ten years of the merger, we built a new sanctuary and Hebrew school on the property. Rabbi Adam Baldachin, Cantor Gerald Cohen and Rachel Mann our Educational Director provide wonderful services as well as educational programs for all of our household members. We are egalitarian and have a very liberal welcoming policy .”
