“My family vacationed here last month and had a wonderful time! We loved the quiet, peaceful, serene atmosphere, but still close to the local restaurants, businesses and events of Sarasota. We enjoyed the white sand of the beaches here, and especially loved being so close to nature and the horses that live here-and learned so much about them! Our kids had plenty to do-the pool and even fished in the pond! We relaxed in our charming cottage. Our dogs had a great time, also! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the host recommended the many different things to do here in this city. We will definitely be back and have recommended our stay here with our friends up north! The Ammer family.”

“If you’re looking for an old-fashioned fishing cabin, this is the place for you. It’s simple, clean, and friendly, with a retro vibe. Well maintained. Ms Pally, the owner, has been hosting renters for 47 years. We brought our kayaks and the boys toured Big Trade Lake. It’s a beautiful lake. Not too busy. We saw Sandhills, Eagles, and woodpeckers. We fished from the row boat (there’s one included in each rental) and from the dock. Lots of nice sized sunfish and bass, so far. There’s a ‘Braggin’ Board’ in the community room/store. Lots of big fish caught by others. The beds are full size.”

“I can’t say enough about how much I love Cornerstone! They have exceeded all my expectations, they treat our horse like he is one of there own. When we had a medical situation come up with our horse and we couldn’t get there, they were there making sure the vet got right out and another time I couldn’t take him to the vet myself so they hauled him in for me, on their own time, asking nothing in return, they did it because they cared!! They helped us with the right nutrition and got him back on track with his weight. My daughter and her horse really work together as a team now thanks to Sara and they are really excelling at shows thanks to the wonderful lessons they receive. Contrary to one of the previous reviews I find they are very reasonable in there prices and are definitely not in it for the money!!”

“This is the third time that we have planned a big trip with the people at Travel Dreams. The first was a 2 1/2 week cruise and tour of Alaska for our 50th. wedding anniversary in 2017. The second trip was a 3 week one that my daughter and I took to New Zealand in 2022. (We were originally scheduled to leave in November of 2020, but since the pandemic closed everything down, the trip was postponed. We then hoped to be able to go in 2021, but New Zealand had not reopened yet. Gregg at Travel Dreams kept us informed of the changes during that 2 year period.) It was a fabulous trip and well worth the wait. The trip we are currently planning is a river cruise on the Rhine with extra days in Amsterdam and Switzerland that we hope to take next Spring. “**A Fantastic Kayaking Experience at Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge!** Kayaking through the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge was an unforgettable experience! The natural beauty of the area is stunning — a perfect blend of open waters and narrow, winding pathways that kept the adventure exciting from start to finish. Our tour guide, Michale, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local wildlife, history, and ecology of the area, and shared fascinating stories as we paddled along. His friendly, easygoing nature made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. One of the highlights was when Michale offered to take photos of my brother and me while we were out on the water — such a thoughtful touch that let us focus on enjoying the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. If you're looking for a peaceful, educational, and fun outdoor activity, I highly recommend this kayaking tour. Thanks again to Michale for making it such a memorable experience!”

“This was our fourth year spending multiple weeks in Silver Linings unit 603 of Oceana Beach Club/Plaza, New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Not sure where to begin! We love this beautiful Condo on the beach!! It’s a perfectly charming apartment! The decor is lovely and welcoming and is well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and beaching. Its proximity to a multitude of quaint shops and a large variety of eating options, not to mention the beach make it uniquely walkable and relaxing. The pool is very nice, the staff is helpful and courteous and the shared facilities are convenient and well maintained. Sitting on the beachside balcony sipping a cocktail, after a day at the beach, bike riding or shopping feels pretty darned heavenly!!! We will certainly be back.”
