“Been there twice now. Honestly, the most affordable option at such a prime location in Idyllwild and it’s hard to beat their price! We didn’t have any noise issues and both times it was really peaceful, surrounded by the trees. Stargazing at the patio was so delightful and the bird chirping sound in the morning was so lovely. The sheets were clean and washed and so were the towels. The rooms were vacuumed and hot water worked well. For the price we paid, we’re extremely satisfied with this place and would continue to use them. Also their service has been nothing but good. No frill, no free streaming, no fancy stuff, but just a neat cozy cabin surrounded by nature and close proximity to downtown. If this is what you’re looking for, give this place a try!”

“We recently vacationed at Lightwood house for a week and it was wonderful. The house was extremely clean, had all the modern amenities and the owner, Mr Cliff was always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. No words except magical to describe the grounds of Lightwood. The interior design was like stepping into a history book from the four beautiful grandfather clocks to the colonial detail of the entire house. The secret staircase was a fun surprise as well. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Virginia!!”

We get to stop at all kinds of interesting and historical places that most wouldn't know. Doing 3 or 4 tours this year. “We had booked a spearfishing trip but unfortunately the weather prevented this from happening. Ryan was more than accommodating and gave us the option of going fishing inshore. We wanted to get on the water so we agree and we're so glad we did. This was a trip with my dad, brother in law and his brother and we all had a blast and caught fish. Ryan and the captain were super knowledgeable of the area and where the fish were. They also fileted the fish for us after the trip. Whether fishing or spearfishing I would recommend Ryan and aquathor spearfishing.”

“We stayed in Bay St. Louis in June of 2022. This little is house is perfect! Plenty of space, games and a big yard with basketball area. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a full sized washer and dryer --- just perfect. The tree swing under the huge live oak was perfect for a late afternoon glass of wine. We took the beach cruiser and rode over to Old Town Bay St. Louis and shopped, had dinner and ice cream. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jeremy & Katrina!”

“We spent two days camping at Spruce Run and decided to visit a new horse stable nearby (just 15 minutes from our campsite). We called one day before to make an appointment. Despite arriving 10 minutes late, owner Maria warmly greeted us at the entrance. She patiently guided the our children in caring for Pier, a magnificent horse. Girls learned to groom Pier's mane with different brushes before their ride and received instruction on basic riding skills during their lesson. They were taught how to handle the reins to direct, stop, and turn. At the end, the girls even had the opportunity to bathe another horse named Asher. It was a wonderful experience that allowed the kids to bond with these gentle animals over the course of an enjoyable 1.5 hours. This experience is a dream come true for children. If you haven't already, please consider signing up your child for this unforgettable adventure.”

“Fun and informative few hours on the Badlands tour. Kids had a blast riding in the open air military vehicle. Got to explore places we could not get to on our own. “It is a learning curve when you get there. Make sure you have a good line of communication with your host to your condo. Mainly for finding what box is yours for your key fobs. Fobs are mainly important for elevator access. Swipe it to get in and to go up to your floor. I was very skeptical by its appearance at first but when we got to our rental…wow super nice inside. I was on the forth floor right off the elevator but I couldn’t hear the elevator much but the road noise is definitely there but I personally don’t mind it. The views are great over the ocean and the swimming is great too. I didn’t use the pool but with the warm ocean right there, I didn’t feel like I needed to. Just be ready to drive a lot if you have things planned to do in Honolulu. It’s about 40 minutes to Waikiki depending on the time of day. Even though it’s a drive there and back the views never get old. I took a different way back to the side of the island almost every day and wow those mountains don’t disappoint. Aside from that, give this place a chance. I would stay here again for sure! The only way it’ll get better is by more people staying there. I’m not a good enough surfer but if your good and want a challenge, north shore is very close by. Thank you pat’s for the memories.”

“Great tour of big bear lake, couldn't really hear the captain telling us the history cause it was loud inside. It was very relaxing though to just cruise on the lake, boat wasn't full so had roon to move around. Staff was friendly, and price for trip and snacks inside are good. Could use some AC inside during hot summer days though. Overall nice experience.”
