They review the movements in the beginning of each class and give you ongoing instruction on how you can improve your form for lifts that are new to you. The member community is very diverse and welcoming. The facility is great and the equipment is in good shape. The workouts are different everyday, so it never gets boring. The parking can be a little challenging, so get there a little early.”
