“The most AMAZING food I've ever had. Every single dish here is divine; very much worth the price (each app is about $10-$12, each entree is about $28-$30). The service is fabulous; our server, Lauren, heard that it was our first time in New Orleans and gave us a free bowl of gumbo and also dessert on the house. We ended up ordering the gumbo, it was THAT good! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu; of the hundreds of restaurants I've visited for the Google Guides program, this is the FIRST restaurant where every menu item from the appetizers to the desserts was 11/10. If you want a real New Orleans experience, eat here.”

“We needed our electrical checked after an incident with our stove the previous night. Steve came out right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the changes that needed to be made to correct the problem involving our kitchen wiring and breaker box. He completed the work efficiently and was a pleasant gentleman to chat with while he worked. Everything was done in a neat fashion. I can’t recommend Appleton Electrical enough!”

“Staying here threw LAHSA really sicks. Its like being in prison. Prisons give inmates more freedom. Hotel staff are great. One problem under project room key you get no room service (clean of the rooms). Clean sheets once a week, clean towels once a week . The food donated to salvation army for the clients makes everyone sick. You can leave at 7 am but must be back by 7 pm. You must be in your room at 10PM and not come back out until the next morning at7. Your screwed if you smoke”

“My family and I stayed here in Dec 2020, I loved this hotel! Rooms are very homey and clean, bathrooms walls are nice calacatta marble, hotel stuff especially manager Christal is super nice and patient. All the hotel buildings are all like 2-story houses so you don't need to go through elevators or long hall way to find your room, parking is easy too (Ground level parking right nearby your room), you feel you are like in your own house!”

“The rooms we stayed in were clean and maintained very well. Our room was quiet and was able to sleep comfortably all night. The locations also very convenient as it's located right off the freeway. Customer service was awesome. They were on top of pretty much everything I asked for including helpful tips on where to eat nearby. Breakfast was included for free and they have fast internet as well.”

“Stayed there with two young girls on October 5. Friendly staff. Great pool. Clean room. Great breakfast. Only problems were- outlet in bathroom did not work. . Once we had showered and were bare footed, our feet got dirty from the carpet. These are easy fixes. I would definitely stay again. Best pool I have ever seen.”
