Brantley and his assistant showed up early, ready to get started. Even though Brantley wasn’t super fluent in English, his assistant spoke clearly and made sure everything was understood. We walked through the house together, showing them all the spots and pet stains we needed cleaned on our nylon carpet and wool rug. Both carpets came out looking fantastic. He was meticulous and offered great insight into growing out my hair as this is the first time I’m doing this. I noticed some reviews have said they are pricey. Honestly, that’s everywhere you go.
