“Had a quick service done by these guys through AAA. I locked my keys in my car at 11:30pm and was originally scheduled to be serviced by Hadley towing. They were extremely unprofessional and kept me waiting for 7 hours. I never received a single texts or call. I had to keep calling back through out the freezing night. Twice I was told they would be here in 15 minutes, and after that the third time of me reaching out to see what was going on they said they were no longer able to reach Hadley towing and did not have an ETA for me. It is now passed 6:30, and I just had my car unlocked by Rudy from A&E towing. Rudy turned my poor experience into a very pleasant one with his great attitude. He was professional, timely, got here super fast, communicated with me every step of the way from when he left the shop until he arrived to me, and went as far as to even apologize on behalf of the other tow company for their poor service. These guys really care about their customers, and strive to create the most positive customer experience. Hadley towing needs to takes some notes from this shop on how to treat customers right. Thanks again to Rudy who was absolutely the nicest and most helpful person throughout this ordeal. 10/10 service you can’t go wrong with them.”

They get the work done faster and have an attention to detail that will prolong the life of your car. They'll look up your specific car manufacturer's specs and perform only the work your car needs. You can drop your car here and wait in the carwash lobby or visit one of the restaurants around the corner(sushi, tacos, pizza, etc). They'll call you if they discover your vehicle needs more than oil, like filters or a leaking oil pan or tire rotation. If you're like me, you're always a little skeptical of oil change places - I bring multiple cars here, so I can say with some confidence that they are honest and would never try to fool you into getting work you don't need. Oil changes include a car wash next door free of charge - you drop it off at Castrol and pick it up clean at the car wash. I usually wait in the carwash lobby, which is very comfortable and clean - there are also several other businesses to occupy your waiting time inside the lobby(interior live koi pond, self-serve café, fresh to order tacos/burritos/juices/smoothies, shoe repair/shining services, mobile device repair services, etc).”

This could have gone either Good or Bad, though was more Appreciative that they had reached out First to me. Other Places don't even give that Courtesy. When I arrived the process was Quick to check in & got a Text with Inspection Report with in couple of hours and was Called & texted that my car was Done, with in a 1/2 Days Time. If I wanted it Faster I could have gone across the way @ Jiffy Lube and been In/Out within 30 Minutes. Though I feel more Comfortable with PepBoys. The Customer Service was more Personal, Professional & Caring, I feel a lot has Changed over the past few Years & hasn't been the same. Staffing for every Business has been Affected & it affects the Customer Experience at the end.”

“We started going here since it is close to home and they were cheaper then going to a dealer. It's always busy here and they have a lot of return customers. The dealer was going to charge $250 to clean the fuel injectors. I knew this was a rip off, so I called Rose Auto and was told to just put injecting cleaner in the tank with 91 octane, no need to physically clean them. It's great when a repair shop helps you out and doesn't do unnecessary work on the customers dime. 🙂 I will be coming back when repairs are beyond my expertise. Just know they are a busy shop. A lot of folks like me trust them with their vehicles.”
