“I've been a member for years and enjoy being able to reserve a swim lane. However, the last few times I've been to the pool, it's been VERY murky with grime on the walls and accumulated brown grime at the bottom. I understand there are trees above that drop some natural debris, but a simple scrub by a pool cleaner every so often would go a long way. Still giving 4* since I'm confident this will be addressed and otherwise love the facility. I talked to another person who was leaving when I did and saying the same thing.”

“This is an excellent yoga studio. It is clean, smells great, and has open and inviting spaces. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. The quality of the instruction is superb. I can tell the instructors care as opposed to some at other yoga studios who just ‘phone it in.’ Another thing I appreciate is that there are various class types to help you accomplish different objectives. The monthly rates are also very reasonable, resulting in great value. You won't find a better place if you live in the area and want to begin yoga or restart your practice. I will continue to study and practice yoga here for the foreseeable future.”

“I’m delighted to have an inspiring and fun place to do aerial arts training in South Orange County’s beautiful San Clemente. Lucy is a lovely knowledgeable instructor with a charming English accent and an outstanding positive personality. There are multiple tissu/silks points rigged and a pulley for doing lyra/hoop & hammock with a high ceiling so you can really “get your climb on.” It’s easy to be motivated as classes are inside Elevate Fitness, just go around to the back entrance for easy access. I’m so happy there is a welcoming place for adults to go to aerial arts class nearby, and there are also children classes available of all levels. It’s a great way to stay in shape and connect.”

“Master KiM a wonderful “World Class Tae Kwon Do” master. At first went for my elder kid to introduce martial arts with no or little hope we will enroll, and as we went through first few classes for my son i was much inspired and enrolled myself. Today i have achieved an yellow belt with much support and inspiration master Kim put in to my head. If you are in search of Martial arts for Children recommend Tae Kwon Do. And specifically in Santaclarita, castaic and Valencia regions definitely recommend “World-class Tae Kwon Do””

“I got to know this place through Groupon. It was the best deal ever. This was my first time at any boot camp and I must tell you I had fun working out here. You get energy while you see others give in their full 100% to complete the given task. A big shout-out to Daniel who is an instructor or a trainer at OC Fitness. He makes sure you are doing it right and helps you until you get it right. Even other trainers are also helpful and good at what they do. “So I totally get the point of review is to write honest words about the businesses featured, but the thing is there are not enough great words to properly describe SOF Health & Wellness, the trainers, or the owner James O'Rourke. Simply PROFESSIONAL to the MAX! The classes are legit, they will push you no matter what your fitness level, and there are mods(go ask a kid) for every single exercise or circuit we do. I was recently part of a gym transfer & when James and the new trainers came in, they welcomed us with open arms, did everything in their power to make us feel part of the community and team. We do, and we are! In the 4 months that we have been part of the SOF community I have made countless friends, and feel safe to continue my health and fitness journey in a extremely clean and sanitized environment.”

“The Spearman family runs this and the sister Clubs (Monarch Beach and Racquet Club Irvine) and deserves every one of the FIVE Stars. Through the entire pandemic they have been so mindful of their members. Keeping us active and happy in such a dismal time. They kept their facilities open as long as legally possible just to give us the benefit of being able to get exercise. Pools have remained open throughout. Juniors programs and summer Camps are well organized with lunch and swim time included. League opportunities a-plenty. Their reputation in the PacSun and Hill n Canyon leagues is unmatched in the region. Match arranging rocks thanks to Mina who doesn’t just throw you in a match-she places you with people in your skill level. Try Vitali’s liveball, it’s a crazy calorie burn and addictive. Staff is wonderful, like family. Grounds and courts are well maintained. Anita pours some generous drinks at the bar. And the new remodel will bring a new re-vamped fitness center.”
