The crust has a thin crunchy layer at the bottom mix with soft and chewy textures Al the way to the toppings. The meats are not salty like many other places even salami and pepperoni. I ordered a midi combination with all meats and added garlic. So delicious! The garlic bread, they grilled the baguette which I like better than the pizza dough. Service was a bit slow in the beginning, but that improved. I asked the waiter about gluten free options, and requested he check with the chef to confirm. I was only considering seafood, so the Scampi and Salmon were my options. The oysters were fresh, and the flavors were good for our dishes.
