Next to that is a local Brewery. Great time in there trying a few beers. If you need anything there is a store next door as well. Later that night we went to a British Pub which is a block away. Tarpon Springs nearby as well.”

“This place has everything you could ever need. You can literally get off a plane stop by the grocery store and not have to leave for the length of the stay. Check in was kinda weird. Had to go down the street a mile to another resort to get the keys. 10 am check out is kinda early too but we'll worth the visit. The beach is a very short walk. The lounge chairs are there for using along with beach toys sand toys for the kids.”

“Awesome hotel location for our vacation as our plans went 1.5 hrs in each direction from this site. Hotel staff was absolutely awesome to work with and very accommodating. Modest price for this hotel and location considering today’s prices. Hotel is located in-between Clearwater and Dunedin (which is a hidden gem) and right across the waterfront. Hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Staff mentioned that the hotel is going through another renovation next year so prices may increase. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“This hotel is stunning! The infinity pool is simply amazing! So peaceful and tranquil! The free breakfast had a lot of choices and was a nice added benefit. The rooms are clean and well kept. “This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I along with our two little doggies. It was hidden away in a nice quiet area, very peaceful, with a glorious view of the water. Nothing like taking your coffee out on the patio in the early morning while the boats pass by and beautiful herons stand not two feet from you. So peaceful and serene. You are greeted with an apartment that has ample space, a full kitchen with all the amenities, and even a wonderful basket of goodies. Everything you need is right there to include beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and even treats and toys for our fur babies. You feel like family when you are there! The gorgeous beach is only a 2 minute walk along with wonderful restaurants, bakery, and ice cream shop. Most places are within walking distance. There is a nice park and historical site nearby as well. Mary is the perfect hostess who welcomes you with kindness, care, and is always there to answer questions or fulfill needs you might have. She makes you feel extremely welcome. Thank you for a stay we will not ever forget, enjoyed every moment and look forward to future visits!”

“Really enjoyed my stay. Off season and discounted as they are doing some remodeling of the restaurant I wasn't expecting much. What I got was exactly the opposite. The manager put forth every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious in a 118 year old building way. I'm not sure what people complaining about room size were expecting. It's in the heart of a very nice shopping and entertainment district with everything I needed in short walking distance. Breakfast was delicious with a quiet porch to eat it outside. Can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“To start off, some reviews scared me after we booked. But the place was wonderful. Nothing fancy and not 5star quality, but it very cute and comfy. We came here for our 4th wedding anniversary. David, the property manager was very nice and welcoming. We got to take chairs, sand toys, pool floats down to the beach which was only a short walk away. There was also scooters to rent to ride the island on. The whole weekend was a blast. Take a chance a stay here, you will enjoy.”

“This will be our 5th year staying at this rental. It's a cozy rental. We stay at the 2 story building in the front Small pool but a nice break from the salt water. We have use of the gazebo space which is also nice. It's a clean rental. Great private beach access. Very family friendly and relaxing. Not fancy but perfect for large family like ours that just loves this part of Florida and want to enjoy the beach and chill.”

“Great place friendly staff. Love the location just walk out to the beach. It would of had 5 stars but the beds they were noisy and not the best but not the worst you could hear the springs in the bed whenever you moved or even sat down on the bed but the staff location made up for it. The room was remodeled it was nice simple and very clean. Would stay there again.”

Both Jack and daughter Claudia were just amazing-always smiling, helping, making sure of our satisfaction. I could not be more thankful. “This place is really good! :) So glad we found it! We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It is clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool is really big for everyone to enjoy. They have Beach chairs you can borrow as well as beach towels. There are 20 rooms in the motel, all on the ground floor and the motel is right on a very expansive beach. I highly recommend this motel and cannot wait to go back!”

“We spent a night with some international guests at the Avalon Club Hotel. We were greeted with a professional and very friendly staff member at check in and that process was smooth and efficient. As we made our way to our room, we noticed the hotel was spotless and even the aroma in the lobby, elevator and hallways was very pleasant. Upon entering our very spacious 3 bedroom condo, we were so pleased with the upscale furnishings, finishes and the large patio. The Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you’ll need. You'll also have access to sturdy high quality beach chairs and umbrellas to take with you on the beach which is within steps from the hotel. Everything about this hotel was exceptional and I look forward to my next time when I will make it a longer stay!”

Good idea (laughing at myself haha) Lisa had a cancellation and it worked for me. There’s a kitchen and the bed was really comfortable. Cozy, clean and quiet. I have an even greater appreciation because the spot I found AFTER (it was busy season so she was pretty booked) was not so pleasant & it made me think I have to write a positive review for Lisa & her lovely place & kept forgetting to do so until now.”
