No experience personally with the doctors, although I am told they are rather quick at the service (but expensive as all medical) Endoscopy is about 2 hours of your time from appointment to exit. Place is quiet, not packed and won't take your whole day. Goes without saying, I'm sure you need an appointment.”

“My husband and I have been looking for a memory care facility for my father-in-law and Truewood Venice made the top of our list after our encounter with the staff and tour of the facility. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The place was also very clean and tidy. We were advised by a family member that no place will be perfect but to choose the place where the people who live there seem happiest. Of course, the residents in memory care suffer from some form of dementia but the staff give them purpose and allow them to be as independent as possible, and because of this their contentment and happiness show. The general manager, Z and Staci, our coordinator took a lot of time with us not just talking about the facility but also showing genuine care for us and my father-in-law. We were given a lot of helpful advice and we appreciated how experienced and knowledgeable they were. It was also apparent they care about the residents. We were pleased to know a lot of the staff have been with them for many years so they can build relationships with the residents. We are truly thankful for all the help and care we received from both Z and Staci. We don’t know what the future holds for my father-in-law but we hope he gets to spend the last of his days in Truewood Venice.”

“My mom moved from another longterm facility to The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods last summer. The move was based on mom’s social needs and previous positive experience with “The Springs” new Activity Director, Marissa Kelly. The move has changed moms life and mood. She enjoys the many social activities. She’s reading books again, enjoying the beautiful courtyard garden and facilities therapy animals. I hoped this would be a good move for mom, but I’m overwhelmed by how much improved the level of care and atmosphere is at The Springs. It’s so important to see familiar knowledgeable staff and professionals who are providing competent care rather than the parade of agency temps we experienced in the last facility. I only wish I moved mom sooner!”

“I just came back from visiting my mom at Complex Care Hospital at Ridgelake, I live in Ohio and she had been transferred there from a hospital in Tampa. I was most impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff and care takers. The entrance is bright and welcoming and her room was clean and comfortable. The case worker knew I was only there for a few days and was willing to meet with me and my family to help us make the right choices for my mom. She was empathetic to our needs and very reassuring to my Dad that the right plans would be put into action. I felt she really listened to what was most important to us as we look down the road. During a very difficult time like this, it is nice to know that my mom is being given the support and care she needs.”

He implements top-notch guidance, instruction, dicilpine, attention to detail, patientce and life skills that can help you and your kids in every aspect of life. Plus the facility is remarkable and top notch, professional, clean and well kept. Both my daughter ,her step sister and I attend training sessions here, and they eagerly requests to go every single day due to the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere cultivated. Witnessing my daughter's remarkable development since she started in early 2023. I can clearly see they have been truly inspired. We greatly admire all the instructors and fellow practitioners, thanks to the laid-back and non-judgmental environment. “I had to have an extraction done by Dr Brownstein and I also had a deep clean by Louis, I can’t speak highly enough of both, Dr kept me calm and played some Sinatra while doing the procedure, and was very thorough and even gave me her cell number when I left if I had any questions or issues. Louis was brilliant too, he knew I wasn’t fond of needles and also made me feel at ease and is super friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them both. The reason the four stars was given was for Felicia at the Lakewood location who I spoke to about my appointment who was exceptionally rude.”
