“We moved in to Spring Hill Estates a few months ago. They were amazing during our application process . Kat took the time to show us a few houses until we found one that was perfect for our family. They didn't rush or pressure us. When we found the home we liked our only complaint was there was no dishwasher so they went above and beyond and installed a dishwasher for us. We could smell an odor of cat on the carpet in one of the rooms and after they had it shampooed twice we could still smell it so they had the carpet replaced for us with no questions asked. They truly went above and beyond for us and made our move in very easy and made us feel like we were welcomed and home. The park is very quiet and clean. We have no complaints and would recommend anyone to live here.”

We only come to visit a family member who lives here so we can't comment on more permanent living details and opinions. “Us RV'ers and campers all have our horror stories and experiences with breakdowns and service. How refreshing to experience courteous, professional service at all levels here @ Lazydays/Villages. Upon arrival, Deb (service scheduler) addressed our issues promptly and scheduled our service for the next day where Paige (service advisor) promptly meet us and gathered information needed for repair. Dave (our mechanic) was equally helpful and courteous in every way. Repairs finished and explained to us in a very timely matter, back on the road that afternoon. Great job by all, don't change!!”

“Nice friendly quiet place. Laundry place to do clothes is exceptionally clean with new washers and dryers. Dryers run until clothes are dry. TV reception sucks but other than that it's a good place to camp.”

“Beautiful RV resort and much nicer that the other places around the rim of Lake O. Angela provides very accommodating, responsive and friendly customer service for a first time RV-er. Grounds were nice with plenty of room for the kids to play, lay in the hammocks and a fenced dog area for the pooch to run. Sites were clean, level and had plenty of room. Just stayed one night with the family to test out the new RV but will be back for a longer stay in the future.”

“This fish camp is the place of so many childhood memories of camping/lodging/fishing and overall fun. My parents used to take me here each summer and my father and I would rent a boat and fish for bass, crappie, and pan fish we would always catch enough to do a fish fry the last day we were there. I now have kids of my own and look forward to continuing that tradition”

“Great place!!!! Really enjoyed it and convenient to I-95 and ther country club/ golf course. Trash pickup every morning. They have a pool, laundry room and hair salon. Nicely level gravel pull through sites with a picnic table on each site. The ONLY down side is that the drainage during the rainy season provides everyone with waterfront property! For this reason alone, I could not give it a 5 Star review.”

“I’ve lived in this park since 2015, this used to be a bad place. After change of ownership the community is now very well kept. They remodeled all trailers and sold to new residents. Now the park is very clean and dead quiet at night. The managers and neighbors are very friendly!!”

“Absolutely beautiful place sadly it looks like they want to turn it in to a old folks home. I say that only because the amenities are beautiful and could be enjoyed by families and people of all ages. I don't understand how its against the law to discriminate people in housing for their race creed color or religion but you can for their age. The residents seem happy obviously mingling with each other and the vote is surely to cause some hard feelings between residents.”
