My girls shared a large macaroni and cheese with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup but started eating it before I was able to take a picture. The bread for the sandwich was much thicker than I usually get when I go to Panera and order the same thing. I’m not sure why, maybe it was just cut thicker. The girls loved their macaroni and broccoli cheese soup. They like to put their shell noodles into their soup and eat it together. There was no line on Labor Day and barely anyone inside so it was easy to find a booth and the wait for the food wasn’t too long. Overall it was good but I was disappointed by the thickness of the bread.”

“On a visit to the Kentucky Capital, we wanted a close lunch. Casa Fiesta was really really close. When we arrived the outside seating area was covered but you could still sit out on the patio. The outside looks kinda beat up but the inside is a feast for the eyes. They have sweet tea and it’s really good. We got enchiladas and the fajitas texcan. The food was ok, nothing to brag about. I really liked that the meat on the fajitas was cut in small pieces.”

The cabins were spacious, clean and organized. Walking the trails was worth the effort. The only thing that I didn't like...the pool doesn't open until Wednesday. It's a very nice pool, we did enjoy it. Great place for the family to have quality togetherness time.”

“All of the Long John Silver’s in our immediate area have closed. We decided to take about a 40 minute drive to Paris, KY to try it out. When we got there the drive-in and lobby were open. We decided to eat there. The young lady who took our order acknowledged us immediately and that she’d be right with us. She took our order and made sure we had everything we needed when she brought the food to the table. The restaurant was incredibly clean. The food was amazing. The fish, chicken, clams, fries and coleslaw were excellent. The breading was crisp but not over cooked. It was a great dining experience.”

“The food here is really, really good. You pay when you order and there is no table service, although they do bring your food and drinks to your table. So if you want a refill on a drink, or another beer, you have to go up to the counter and pay, and wait in line if there's a line. That was not a feature I liked very much. I had the fish taco, which was sealed up and fried as I recall, absolutely delicious. I also had the pork taco, which was equally delicious, seems like it was about $10 for the two of them. They were not very big though, so if you're hungry you might want to pick three items. Highly recommended due to the high quality of the food served. They have beer on tap and on draft. The iced tea is really good.”
